Rats in screens! As an unlimited member (£20pm), this is what it gets you: - An escalator that hasn’t worked for weeks. - A lift that has been out of order for weeks. - A warning on the door of the superscreen (screen 1) that the room temperature is faulty, and will be warmer than usual (it was) - Rats running up and down the wall (staff were alerted but brushed us off, as they’re ’aware of the issue’, and told us to move seats) Overall, the cinema experience falls well short of the extortionate prices that Cineworld demand. Surely it’s a health risk to have rats running around a building that prepares and sells food? AVOID AVOID AVOID

Sadly it feels like this cinema is on it’s last legs. The lift has been broken for a while, the up escalator doesn’t work. And we had mice in our screening last night. I appreciate this problems can happen and the timing can never be perfect. But there are reviews/posts about mice and rats for over a year. Alerted the staff to this last night and all I was offered was the chance to move seats, no apology or anything. This cinema is connected to a series of food outlets, including a starbucks and a baskin & robbins. Surely it’s a health and safety risk if there are mice and rats roaming on the same floor/building?? None of the issues are being fixed and it’s ruining the cinema experience.

Had an awful experience with a couple and the staff didn’t help at all. Two people talking out loud throughout the entire film, they were shushed and asked to be quiet three different times by three different people. I then went out and told a member of staff and one after another they sent three staff members in one after another who all saw the couple talking, then left without dealing with them. I don’t understand why you’re gonna send staff in to just watch the people talk and not intervene at all.

4DX is absolutely brilliant here. Excellent force feedback and it really makes you feel part of the movie! Additional options exist on the seats to switch off water effects at the click of a button. Saw Tron: Ares here and want to go for a second watch! Amazing, amazing, amazing! It's so awesome here that I feel like trying for a part-time position whilst studying at film school :D

Located in Didsbury where Wilmslow Road meets A34/Kingsway. The Cinema is part of the Parrs Wood Entertainment Complex which consists of a Ten Pin bowling with loads of great arcade games and a great selection of restaurants including Five Guys, Nandos, Wagamama etc The cinema has a Starbucks on the ground floor with plenty of seating Upstairs you will find a Ben and Jerrys style ice cream counter and the usual popcorn and drinks stations with a large choice of snacks and Sri is and a pick n pix wall. The bar area is lovely set up by a huge window looking out at Didsbury. The variety of screens here is impressive with Superscreens, 3D IMAX and 4DX. The seats are red leather reclining in some screens. A huge car park at the rear is handy plus there is a huge gym and casino too.

It was ok but i think it's overrated.. I will be going back to Odeon next time. To start, the adult ticket is 1.49 more than it is in Odeon, not sure why! The place was very cold and the volume is not high enough for a big room. I also paid 4.80 for a small bag of popcorn (it wasn't even served in proper box/bag , just a paper bag and some popcorn fell from it by the time I got to my chair. Not a great experience but good thing the movie was lovely and worth it.

I am giving 4* for the experience. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. You had an issue and they were understanding . Our movie suppose to be starting at 12.20 but didn't start till nearly 12.40. I didn't like the amount of advertisement. My 5 year old was getting grumpy and bored. Would have liked less adverts. Enjoyed the ice cream, drinks and sweets. Inside the cinema was clean and well maintained. i felt like a kid again.
