   Great venue for stand up comedy, not so big that you lose the feeling of being part of the show. Good slope on the seating so the view from further back is still ok. Comfy seats, easy to get in and out, lots of parking nearby.

   First time visiting the Plaza in Stockport, and it was great. Art deco theatre, which has been well cared for by SMBC. Super friendly staff and good prices at the bar. We went to see DOLLY, which is a Dolly Parton tribute act, and it was fantastic. It actually felt you were seeing the real thing. The view from the stalls was great and at 27.50 it was cheap for a great night out. Short walk to buses, trains, and taxis. Car parking is nearby too. We have now booked to see a Soul concert in the next few weeks. Great place, so go and visit.

   Great friendly atmosphere in this beautiful art deco theatre. Wide variety of shows throughout the year: cinema classics, drama, tribute acts, comedy stars, and of course panto. We really enjoy visiting this theatre.

   Excellent venue ,beautifully renovated building,plenty of parking near& close to train station. Well organised chatty helpful staff,lovely bars , only negative seats are very small no leg room. But you can forgive this when you look at the art deco interior. Great atmosphere,will return.

   Absolutely great venue. The building is beautiful, I was soaking up all the Art Deco from start to end, it's been so well looked after and the Plaza Trust are such a good cause, its a pleasure to support them by going to shows. The bar and snack prices are really reasonable for that kinda place and the toilets were really accessible and well maintained. Can't recommend highly enough.
