“We booked Lucy for my daughter’s 6th birthday party and she was brilliant! She captured and held the attention of 25 5/6 year olds for an hour with magic, comedy and participation. All the kids - and their parents - thought the show was fabulous! Party bags and balloon animals included for all the children was so handy - made the party planning that much easier. “What an amazing group! The are like a family and their production of Blood Brothers (December 2022) was the best youth theatre production I have ever seen! What is so amazing is that Julia delivers such a professional, industry-standard drama training whilst teaching her classes in such a warm, kind and inclusive way that everyone feels welcome and valued. If you want to build confidence, learn a plethora of new skills, make friends and develop your talents with a professional who has been in the industry for many years then this is the place for you!!!”

“I finally made it to Everyman Bristol and honestly, it lived up to the hype. The lounge area is super chill and cosy, the perfect place to grab a drink before the movie. The theater itself is smaller than I expected, but it actually adds to the charm. It feels more intimate and the service is top-notch. I had the double beef burger and it was amazing. Paired it with a vanilla milkshake, and it was the perfect movie night combo. The seats are super comfy, way better than your average cinema seat. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, especially since it was my first time there. Definetly going to visit again!”

“This is a great venue, it's such a beautiful building. Ideal for a variety of events. A lot of the original features remain, or have been replaced like for like. Much of the original brickwork, and flooring remain throughout the building. The modern meets historical vibe works well for this venue. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Bar staff, reception, front of house, ushers, all make the space feel so welcoming. The lift might have been out of order, but they have a series of contingency plans, and everyone is able to access the venue. A lovely night was had, when 3 of us came to see Rosie Jones. (She was as fabulous as ever) A special shout out to Rowan who was so helpful from the moment we arrived, to the moment we left. There were several sets of toilets: Gender neutral Male Female Disabled I used the gender neutral toilets, and as I suspected, was absolutely fine! These toilets are great for single parents and carers of opposing genders, who may need to enter the space. Or, rather bizarrely, someone like me who just needed the loo! More spaces should consider installing gender neutral loos.”

“Definitely a 10/10 experience for me. The staff at the front desk was really helpful by mentioning what I’d find interesting on all the floors when I mentioned that it was my first time visiting the Bristol Museum. I was impressed by the artworks, silver and porcelain collection.”

“This was my first time at an Everyman cinema and I thoroughly enjoyed it! The staff were attentive and you felt looked after the second you step through the doors. The food was delicious, I had three sharing plates and a matcha which filled me up nicely. Overall 10/10 experience and will be coming back :)”

“I absolutely love Bristol hippodrome. Beautiful venue, helpful staff and so brilliant being able to see West End shows. Went yesterday to see Moulin Rouge. Good bits about this show: the set was phenomenal, gorgeous sumptuous costumes,loved the elephant and the windmill. Cast vibrant,leads good. Not so good bits about this show: if you're expecting,as I did,to hear the same music from the film, then be prepared for disappointment. The songs from the film are iconic to the film and I had thought they'd keep them all. However,Lady Gaga and Katy Perry songs just didn't do it for me or my husband. We are huge fans of the film and so looked forward to this. Quite honestly,the new songs just jarred. Roxanne was the highlight for me and in the original film but too many mash ups of other songs just left me feeling disappointed. If you haven't seen the film,this is a fabulous show,if you are going as a film fan of Moulin Rouge be prepared to see it is not the same. Having said that,we are really lucky to have such a fantastic venue on our doorstep and I will continue to support it.”

“Good free parking with nearby amenities such as restaurants and coffee shop. Cinema looks clean and modern and staff were courteous on both occasions. Tickets not cheap but as I have Meerkat 2 for 1 offer, it's acceptable.”

“What an amazing venue! Without doubt the best equipped theatre that I've ever seen. Great bars, fantastic restaurants and amazing facilities. The staff are wonderful too! My wife is disabled and this is so well catered for in this building. Access was brilliant to all areas. We ate at the Collonade restaurant which was also fabulous. I can't fault this venue. The theatre itself is airy and our seats were very comfortable. One little tip- order interval drinks. Can't wait to go back!”

“Recent upgrade is a big improvement, you need to sit in the middle to appreciate the sound. Seats are best suited to people over 5ft. Shame people just leave their rubbish for others to tidy up. 2025 Another useful thing would to have somewhere to hang your coat/bag in the toilets, not nice to use the floor, lovely to see no rubbish left this time. Helpful staff.”

“Great theatre. We went and saw pet cemetery and loved it. Customer service was friendly and the place was clean. There is also a little bar inside which was nice as we showed up a little early for the movie. The bar had a decent selection of drinks and wine. Theatre seats were comfortable and in good condition. Overall good experience!”

“This is a giant screen on the side of the building showing a variety of sporting events, documentaries, information films, and so on. A nice addition to the square and in the summer a nice addition while the children paddle in the fountains.”

“This is a really authentic, slightly old school but rustic cinema. Extremely clean, good vibes and friendly staff. Pricing is very reasonable. The leather recliner chairs are super comfortable and cosy. Really large screen with decent audio. Popcorn top notch, the nachos were pretty average. Plenty of parking and fast food places nearby. Location is fantastic. Highly recommended.”

“Lovely cinema. Queues were quite long to get snacks and purchase tickets. Large drink and popcorn is £8.99 as a combo, but if you buy two or more together it comes down to £5.99 which is good value. They have a Ben and Jerry's scooped ice cream bar, and not too bad of a price. They serve hot drinks, and have a seating area with tables for when you are waiting. Toilets are clean and the cinema screens are immaculate! Seats are comfy and plenty of leg room in the normal seats. Excellent offer on a monday of ANY ticket is £3.99 (online booking adds 75p per ticket) and you can choose where you sit! All in all, an excellent cinema,great value for money and great evening”

“I had a lovely evening here. The staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The menu is flexible, and the dishes can be customised. The food was delicious. I had the Pad Thai, and it was lovely. The dishes arrive separately, so if there is a group dining, some dishes might take longer to arrive.”
