All the staff are amazing, working very hard whilst always being friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. My Mum finds it very reassuring to always have someone on hand for either a question or just a chat. The Hawthorns is very well managed, from cleaning, maintenance and communication to trips and events. It feels efficient yet homely and there is always a buzz around the coffee hub as residents gather for a chat. I now have peace of mind that my Mum lives somewhere where she can still be independent yet has help around if she needs it. Thanks to everyone at the Hawthorns, you do a brilliant job.”
