   Curzon Cinema and Arts is a wonderful spot for film lovers and anyone who enjoys a relaxed, creative atmosphere. The cinema itself is comfortable and beautifully maintained, with excellent sound and picture quality. It’s got that independent charm — showing a great mix of new releases, classics and art films you don’t always find elsewhere. The staff are friendly and clearly passionate about what they do, and the little café/bar area adds a nice touch for a pre-movie drink or chat. It’s more than just a cinema — it’s a cultural hub that really adds character to the town. Highly recommended!

   The film Holloway was a moving & wonderful experience, lovely theatre, friendly & helpful staff. One thing though, the heating could be turned up it was quite chilly!

   Visited The Curzon Cinema last night 11/08/25 to see Four Letters of Love. The film was beautiful, really enjoyed it but the theatre itself is part of the whole experience. Had the warmest of welcome from the staff as we entered the building and it felt like stepping back in back in time going into auditorium. It's a beautiful building, thank you to those concerned in presevering this gem. We'll be back and consider it worth the drive from The Midlands to visit.

   Without fail, it is always a fantastic experience. The film programme is expertly put together, ensuring something for everyone while remaining culturally stimulating and relevant. Independently run, this is the best cinema I’ve ever been to; it’s worth the 30-mile round trip for each visit.

   Love this quaint cinema, super friendly staff with a lovely bar for refreshments, drinks are provided in plastic glasses so you can enjoy during the show/film. Lovely clean seating & toilets spotless.

   THIS PLACE GETS BETTER AND BETTER. An absolute charmer. Something you'd be proud of to show off to your parents.....or even your children, or your mate or your new squeeze. Wonderful staff and volunteers, gorgeous ambience, lovely bar and simply perfect Korev lager + popcorn. I'd give it 6*. Keep it up Curzon team.

   One of the few remaining character cinemas in the UK. The bar includes a number of historic museum quality cameras and projectors and other points of interest. An excellent organist keeps you entertained before the action starts. Seating is very comfy. Sound is excellent.

   Enjoyed another lovely evening . The Cinema has an ambience of it's own, it feels relaxed, safe and warm. It's history is so charming and exhibited through the many items scattered throughout the building. I am Clevedon born and bred, so remember the Cinema throughout my life. It always makes me feel nostalgic. The Staff are lovely , always on hand to help and chat.
