   Filthy and poor sound in Stroud Vue. Customer services rude and unhelpful Complained to customer services regarding filthy seating and issue with speakers rattling through songs in the movie. CS essentially denied that the speakers were anything but perfect, acknowledged the dirty seats in need of a deep clean. Thoroughlygaslit by CS and offered no compensation /apology. Rude.

   Screen broken on Sunday afternoon so having trekked down there with my son (plus moved other plans), we trekked back home again. As we didn't book online, we weren't even offered complimentary tickets for our trouble, which would have been polite. No thanks Vue!

   The dirtiest cinema I have ever been to. Popcorn everywhere on floor and seats, sticky and stained armchairs. It had not been cleaned for a while, but it stillserves food ! Probably unhealthy ... It should be inspected and closed... also, no lifts between car park and the cinema entrance, with 4 floors to go... a very poor show for Stroud. Unacceptable.

   The bass/sub speakers in Screen 2 are completely blown. So avoid screen 2 at all costs. Which isn't a surprise considering how loud they pump the volume. Only screen 2 with the issue I have noticed so far but no doubt the rest will follow if they insist on ramping the sound levels up to 11.

   Amazing customer service from start to finish. Had vip seats and the whole cinema to ourselves! What a treat! Great snacks and drinks selection. Very clean toilets. Amazing all round!

   Had a very poor experience. Very rowdy teenagers taking and shouting throughout the film. Another group of teenagers had brought 5 complete multi bags of crisps...30 small bags, and so we heard crackling crisp bags again throughout the film. The worst film experience. Our tickets were refunded at the end but a family trip out was completely spoilt.

   As a cinema it is ok, it is easy to find shows latest films, but it is in need of an update and a need to update their tired out seating. We have the opportunity to use their VIP seats which are little bigger and more leg room, which does make the experience a little more comfortable.

   Paid extra for the best seats. Only 4 people in the room. No one checking who sits where, so probably best to buy the cheapest tickets and sit where you want if it looks nearly empty on the app. Screening started about 10 minutes late. Half an hour of trailers, best advice is to arrive 20 minutes late. Room was very cold. Partner asked staff if they could do something. Turns out that they didn't bother doing anything.

   Tickets easy to book online with added advantage of QR code to avoid queuing at ticket office. Screen 6 was comfortable and clean.
