Rae provided excellent service during my visit to Vue and really made the experience stand out. From the moment I was served, she was warm, friendly, and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere straight away. She was patient and helpful, ensuring everything went smoothly and taking the time to assist with any questions. Her positive attitude and attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed, and it genuinely made my visit more enjoyable. Customer service like this makes a real difference, and Rae is a great example of that.

Went to see The Nutcracker, the staff were amazing. We had booked the wrong seats for my disability, they went above and beyond to help us. Thank you Sandra and Isobel

An occasional cinema visit to watch the new Kirk Jones film I Swear. Very enjoyable visit. Staff very engaging and happy to help. The place was clean and facilities in good order. Seats comfortably and space to stretch my legs. Sound system and screen top notch. I now tend to avoid the hassle of the city. Also the benefit of plenty of car parking too.

Part of the Vue Cinema chain. The Longwell Green emporium, like most of them, is a big, (13 screens - over 2000 seats) well used and it seems a training ground for 'first job' employees. Opened in 1999, the place is due for some cosmetic tlc, and the men's loo is a long walk from some screens. The car park facilities are ample. 'Food' of sorts is available and drinks, both at premium prices. Multiple ticket price options - time it right and it can be a very good v4m experience. The 'posh' seats, this reviewers default choice, are very good - in the optimum viewing area and very comfortable. There are worse ways to spend a cold, wet day

Getting a bit run down and showing it's age now. Was clean and tidy although the furniture is a bit dated in places now with a few chairs in the screen out of commission. Very few staff working with lots of barriers up. Was not as it was when it opened all those years ago. Aspects park really has gone down hill and not aged well with this vue no exception. As there is nothing similar in the area it needs to be more loved and invested in for the community but over priced popcorn may have had it's day with online.movies at home. Summery was fairly quite clean but bit tired with limited staff and a bit dark and depressing around the entrance way

Free parking, cheap tickets, okay seats. Food and drink at insane pricing. Could do with a check on the projectors once and a while, our screen had a blue light right down the middle for the whole film, so white areas were tinted blue, mainly the middle 3rd of the screen, very noticeable and not what you expect to pay for.

Love the cinema but unfortunately the experience is way overpriced. £3.99 for a packet of maltesers! Absolute madness. Cinemas need to be subsidised more by the studios and prices are reduced, and may get people back.

Booked early for avatar 27th December 22, could not attend due to illness, cancelled intending to rebook later, account marked refunded. That’s where the problem starts, no refund paid, most emails unanswered - one reply received 11/0123 “money will be in your account 3/5 days from now” - not!avoid this shower of scammers like the pest - look up the company history - 100’s of millions in debt and recently rescued, that’s where the unpaid refunds scam stems from - stick with home grown cinema companies!

Went to watch 'Trick R Treat' and got refused because I didn't have ID. That's all fine, but the problem is that I was allowed in to watch Poltergeist merely days before without any ID check whatsoever. I am 15, and when we went to the lady who was checking ID, my Mum asked her how old she thought I was - she said 16. When we told the manager, he was dismissive and put the blame on us. He said "we were lucky" to get in beforehand, and didn't acknowledge that his staff letting us in without an ID check (which was obviously needed) beforehand is illegal.

Lovely cinema. Queues were quite long to get snacks and purchase tickets. Large drink and popcorn is £8.99 as a combo, but if you buy two or more together it comes down to £5.99 which is good value. They have a Ben and Jerry's scooped ice cream bar, and not too bad of a price. They serve hot drinks, and have a seating area with tables for when you are waiting. Toilets are clean and the cinema screens are immaculate! Seats are comfy and plenty of leg room in the normal seats. Excellent offer on a monday of ANY ticket is £3.99 (online booking adds 75p per ticket) and you can choose where you sit! All in all, an excellent cinema, great value for money and great evening
