Attended today with group of adults and children in screen 12 absolutely disgusting smell of feces it was appalling, made staff member aware about it they said they was unaware, which is strange as when we entered the screen a staff member was walking round with air fresher! They should not of opened the screen 1hr 30min film sat in what could have passed as the sewage works!!!!

The seats are so uncomfortable. The food tastes like it was days old. Never again Middlebrook is so much better in every way. Ps. Went on avatar opening night and only 18 people in there....says everything

What a fantastic trip to Cineworld! I went to see Predator: Badlands and absolutely loved it – action-packed, gripping, and one of the best in the series! But the real highlight was the wonderful staff member Chloe who looked after me. She greeted me with the warmest, most genuine smile and a truly professional yet heartwarming welcome that made us feel so valued from the start. When she noticed I needed a bit of extra help to sit comfortably, she quietly and kindly sorted out a stool for me without any fuss – such a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience perfect. Chloe is an absolute gem and a real credit to Cineworld. The film was brilliant, but her kindness made the day even more special. Thank you, Chloe – I’ll definitely be back soon! ❤️

One of my favourite cinemas to be honest, some of the screens are absolutely huge. I know the seats are older but I don't mind. The only gripe I have is there's been a few films now where people keep either talking or sitting or their phones. I wish they monitored this better. I'm sure there's a way. You only need to sit in the room where the projector is to see all the phones switched on by customers with 0 cinema etiquette.

Clean cinema with ample car parking. Spacious leg room is a plus. The play area for kids is poor with limited options. No way to pay by card and regrettably the staff were unhelpful and dismissive towards us. Hopefully the management would pick this up as our nephews were sorely disappointed and we didn’t quite like the staff member’s attitude. As a family of eight, we spent more than £70 for food and refreshments on top of tickets at the cinema and wanted our nephews to have a good time. As per Mr. James- staff member- at the till, he could not get me some change for the play area unless I purchase something more in cash. So there should be an option to have cash back or go cashless/ tokens. If the service is not user friendly, it shouldn’t be there to cause distress to customers especially kids. We expect some basic courtesy from trained staff who mans the till on a regular basis instead of being impolite to customers.

The staff are wonderful but the cinema screens are very cold. Wrap up warm and have a hot drink

The cinema is spacious and clean most of the times. The price per film is higher than Vue. There were kids on bikes in car park and could be trouble. BR is a plus but they don’t have much flavours.
