Lovely setting really nice helpful staff, what let it down was the seats. Seats are really small and no leg room I am 6 ft 2ins and it was not just cramped but painful and the person in front was lent forward the hole time due to my knees behind them

Had a great time at the Palace Theatre Manchester. Really good value as we picked up 2 tickets for this evenings performance of Tina. The story of the rise of Tina Turner. This stage performance was simply the best as the song goes. We had had a great night at this wonderful Theatre. Staff were really friendly and helpful as was the security. Upon our arrival we went into the stage door lounge for a coffee which was very reasonably priced at £3. Found this bar to be very comfortable and relaxing so would definitely recommend it. As you entre there was a merchandise stall selling Tshirts, fridge magnets, baseball caps, Hoddies, programs and keyrings. There was also a bar and refreshments to be had on each floor. Had a great view of the stage even though we were seated in the Grand Tier, seating was a bit restrictive as there wasn't much leg room for us taller people, but we seemed to cope through the whole of the show. Tina is a wonderful show with amazing performances from the actors and actresses by the end everyone was stood up and singing. All in all we paid £33 for two tickets which was really good value for a amazing nite at a great theatre with a fantastic performance. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and there is still availability for forth coming shows.

Fabulously ornate theatre, with comfortable seating and great acoustics. Like all entertainment venues there are NEVER enough female toilets resulting in long queues. It encourages patrons to use the toilets during the performance, which we saw a few people doing.

Watched The Lion King at the Palace Theatre and it was absolutely breathtaking. The atmosphere in the theatre itself is grand and historic, with great acoustics and comfortable seating. The performance was world-class, from the costumes and stage design to the music, everything was magical and immersive. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole experience felt smooth and well-organised. Truly one of those shows that stays with you long after the curtain falls. Highly recommend both the venue and the production!

My youngest daughter gave me a gift voucher for ATG theatre tickets last year for my birthday and I used it to buy great center stage seats, 13 rows from the stage in the stalls, for my wife and I to see the fantastic Moulin Rouge musical tonight. It's a large theatre with a 2,000 seating capacity. There were moderate queues on the pavement outside waiting to go though security checks prior to having our online tickets scanned before entering the large foyer. From there we went down to the stall bars to have some pre-show drinks, ordered & prepaid for our interval drinks, which we took to our seats once the doors into the stalls were opened, about 25 mins before the start of the show. Unusually the male & female toilets were actually located on either side of the stalls and not off the bar or front lobby. There was decent leg room in front of tired but comfy seats and although they were pretty narrow, they weren't the narrowest theatre seats we have sat in. Some of the artists came onto the stage shortly before the show to strike some poses and peek at the audience from behind the giant Moulin Rouge sign that dominated the large & deep stage - it was a very unique and great pre-start to the show The show followed the story line of the Baz Loman Moulin Rouge film set in Paris around 1900 starring Ewan McGregor and Nicole Kidman. It told the tragic story of Satine, a courtesan & star of the Moulin Rouge, through fantastic song & dance sets with modern pop hits and witty dialogue interjected with lyrics from recent pop songs. The singing, dancing, music, costumes, sets and production were all exceptional and the show just flew by with hit after hit songs being played. The lighting, sound & sets were very good and the audience were invited to get up from their seats to join in with a few songs for the encore section, which lasted about 5 minutes before the cast took a well deserved standing ovation in their curtain call.

Prestigious venue that provided great entertainment. We went to see The Lion King as a surprise gift for my wife which was an amazing choice, the performances were fantastic, the stage designs was great, and the whole production was 10/10. It was worth every penny, and I'll definitely see it again. The tickets came with a free drink of choice which is always great but the snacks are a bit on the pricey side, we went to a restaurant before attending so didn't need much but just an FYI. All in all great experience. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Went to watch The Lion King. On the circle in row B. Really great show, it's a must watch. Leg room was tight. I'm 6ft 2 and I would definitely go for a front row seat next time. Easy to get too as the train station is 30 seconds away. Can't fault it.

Went to see Beauty and the Beast, what an amazing show. Loved every second of it... exceptional production. As for the theatre... it's small, staff very friendly. Our seats were in the stalls row J and had no problem seeing the whole stage. 4 star for the theatre 5 star for the show.

I doubt there is a bad seat in the theater. It’s on the smaller size. If you go on a weekday you can get really great prices. I saw Beauty and the Beast. It was excellent and the staff is friendly. They have a great snack pack deal as well. Take advantage. Highly Recommend!!!

Great theatre! Ive been here many times but not with my 3 yr old. It was her first time at a Musical and we watched Beauty and the Beast. What a fab production. I loved the little booster seat for my little girl to sit on, this is a great idea for little ones. Staff were all lovely. We even got to meet the chap who played the beast.
