   Went to watch Wicked: For Good on the Sunday after it was released, about a week ago. The first 2 minutes they didn't turn off the lights and then throughout the movie the lady two seats to my left had her phone left turned on and on her lap multiple times throughout, not even looking at it. Then another person towards the front of the theatre had their phone on too. My glasses glare when there's lights like this so it was very distracting

   The staff here seem inexperienced and useless. I had a voucher from 02 get told to scan it in order to get food, then get told no you can't do that you've got to get food then scan in for the film so I tried that and kept getting passed between a 12yr old girl behind the counter and a 15yr old manager who then said my unused tickets had already been scanned in so now I can't go and see the film. The irony of the girl behind the counter training somebody new was not lost on me as she herself obviously had no idea how to do her job.

   I have tried to get through to Altrincham Vue via the phone number listed as a wanted to check stock levels for the Wicked cups (after buying tickets), AI cut me off twice, got though to a human who couldn’t check this for me, nor could he give me a direct number so I can call to check. I don’t want to waste 25 mins driving there if they don’t have them…

   Staff are sound. Parking is cheap but cash only which is annoying. Food in the cinema is extortion but expected. Vip seats are so uncomfortable, very slouched. I prefer to sit up so i can concentrate on what i’m watching. Also the screen’s are pretty small, if you like the back row keep this in mind.

   It was good. The only negative was the air conditioning was on, and it was freezing. Was sat through film huddled up in coat to try and keep warm.

   Visited on Christmas Eve to see Matilda. Staff were not very engaging on the counter. The cinema area was clean and well maintained, but we all had to put our coats on as it was absolutely freezing

   The car park across from the Cinema is a well known con to fine customers. The seats in the Cinema are terrible we was sat in the supposed VIP seats after about 20 minutes I felt really uncomfortable and for the next nearly 2 and half hours had to keep moving to find a comfy spot I was not the only one most of the other people there was moving about in there seats. Will not be going back.

   The cinema is scruffy and tired, parking is horrendous. Coffee is weak and cheap tasting, staff clearly aren't trained. The staff are also ignorant, they were clearly picking on one of their colleagues, awful to watch. The young man they were talking about was the only one really trying to help customers. Too many young staff, I heard another customer complain about the popcorn and he asked to speak to someone in charge, a young girl came out of the back and said she was the team leader .. she looked about 15 and had no idea how to deal with the complaint. I would avoid.

   Not sure if the whole cinema is the same. The seats looked really tired, they were comfy enough, but looked saggy and dirty even under dim lights, and the rubbish from the previous viewing was still clearly visible. Enjoyed the film and the experience, but it could of been better.
