A huge thank you to James and Jennifer who made my cousins 11th birthday extra special. From the beginning to the end staff were attentive, kind and warm. The ambiance and facilities are top notch, which is why we always come back. Best regards. Laish.

Went to watch wicked 2, welcome staff were fantastic, so welcoming, credit to the company, we ordered food, pitza and chips, pizza came , really good. Chips came 25 mins later, thought they would of come together. The chips were really crispy and hard, inedible. We didn't say anything at the time as the film had just stated and we were excited to see , we didn't want to complain and miss the film , we also ordered the mocha coffee that was supposed to come with pink and green deco, it came with just white motiff on ,very disappointed to be fairc

Always enjoy coming here. Decent food (more choice would be good for regulars) and lovely staff. Cocktails can be a bit weedy - too much ice. And the pornstar martinis are not served as they should be with a shot of prosecco. But overall it is a much improved cinema experience with comfy seating - blankets available do you can get really cosy and good and drink brought to your sofa/armchair. I would recommend having food before in the restaurant area as the tables in the theatres are tiny. Fine for a drink and pot of popcorn or sweets. Not great if you want proper food. But always amazing staff. And what I love is the little talk the give before the film where they remind people not to talk during the film. Shame that some people need reminding but great that they do it!

The cinema is always a great place to be when the sun is ‘cracking the pavement’! So this week’s date night my partner invited me to The Everyman Cinema. Ok, so I’m little late coming to the party where The Everyman cinema concept is concerned but Blimey what a corker!!! As an ex operator I have to ‘tip my hat’ to the Altrincham venue…Shiny happy venue and shiny happy team… All the details were in place and looked after… Bravo. The bar area is decorative providing many ‘Insta’ opportunities if you like that sort of thing plus the bar is well stocked and the team pleased to see you, beer, wine, cocktails and hot drinks all available. The cinema experience is top notch, the service was brilliant, speedy and skilful managing to accommodate the food and drink orders before the film began… The menu is perfect for a snack or a more comprehensive meal - wish I’d remembered to take a few more snaps as the burgers were delicious oops! We remained ’cool as happy cucumbers’ in the air con and lux seats. Gorge experience let’s do it again soon Thank you

I really want to like this place. It is chic in the centre of Altrincham and offers a cinematic experience that is much more intimate than a regular style cinema. However during my two visits to this cinema I have had experiences with staff that have made me feel uncomfortable. After completing the feedback survey in which i documented my poor first experience I received an email from the manager apologising for our experience and offering us complimentary seats plus snacks and drinks. I was delighted to accept this generous and classy offer of a rectification of the situation. The venue wowed me a second time with its impressive appearance. The manager served us herself. It seemed nothing was too much trouble... I was told directly by the manager should we need anything else to come to her and she would sort it out. I took this to mean if we needed any other complimentary snacks and drinks from the bar so I went to ask for another popcorn as my children were hungry. The manager was stood nearby when I placed the order and was aware I was stood there when i asked at the bar for another popcorn. So when the other staff member tried to charge me for the popcorn I replied the manager is sorting it out. It was right after this the staff member serving me and the manager had a whispered exchange and the manager pulled a face and said "it's fine it's fine" to the staff member which was really embarrassing for me. It made me feel like I was taking the mickey and asking for something I hadn't been offered. This was about three quarters of the way through the film. After that I just felt like rubbish and was looking forward to leaving the premises. It's such a shame because the venue really is beautiful but having been treated as a substandard person on both occasions being a patron of Everyman Altrincham I don't think I will go back. Like most people I enjoy feeling as though I am a valued customer. Everyman Altrincham have made me feel like a nuisance and now a mickey taker which has been particularly unpleasant for me. The offer of complimentary tickets with refreshments would have completely changed my opinion of Everyman Altrincham but this unpleasant behaviour towards the end of my visit just ruined it and made it worse than my first visit. People dont remember what you do for them people remember how you made them feel.

What a fantastic cinema! Ice cold beer, great burgers and the staff are absolutely wonderful! I’ll be watching all my films here from now on. It feels like your watching the film in your own very fancy lounge room being waited on hand a foot. Comfortable is an understatement. In the words of Arnie… “I’ll be back”

Although I’m a fan of the concept and the idea, unfortunately the experience I had here wasn’t to my liking. I’d like to start off by saying that the staff were really friendly and the service was great. The issues I had was with the seating, tables and how things could be improved. The couch that me and my wife were sat on felt cramped and it didn’t feel as comfortable unfortunately. We also couldn’t stretch or extend our legs due to the couch being in an awkward area. There was also no way of figuring out which of the tables was ours, so we had no place to put the amount of food and drinks we ordered as the people next to us had put their food on there. There should be a table for the couch alone and this should be in the middle, or they should label the tables so that we know which seats they belong to. If they are labelled, then the waiters should put them directly on the table.

Staff are welcoming and make great efforts to see to your needs quickly. A truly indulgent but amazing way to watch a film you really want to see. Thoroughly recommend, but order food to your seat for the fullest experience.
