   Was good years ago disappointed with work and service a crack ed would have done a better job Cant even sort a indicator out 3 attempts, 3 bills whst a clown show ffs close! do yourself a favour go somewhere else!!!

   Dishonest. Dangerous. Unprofessional. And from my experience, they seem unqualified. The lack of integrity and accountability was shocking. Twice they have allowed me to drive a car away that wasn't safe. 1st time earlier in the year, something on my brakes. Did them too tight. I called them and they deflected. Some bs excuse. A few days later I'm driving my car on the motorway with my children and it started shuddering. Breakdown people said my tyre could've exploded. Gave them benefit of the doubt. Took car in for diagnosis last week, some issues not sure what but car was still driving. Picked it up, they said it could be a couple of things, at no point did they mention car had gone into 'limp mode'. I barely made it 200 yards, car was crawling so took it straight back to them. They immediately started lying and denying. After they'd had my car all day and obviously done checks they suddenly started saying they hadn't touched it all. The owners wife Claire had been telling people she'd had a stroke a few days before, she started accusing me of 'trying it on' she then went in back room and another male staff came out and said to me 'she's had another stroke because of you'.... LOL. How manipulative. I almost believed him until I heard her talking in the back room. The theatrics and manipulation they did just to avoid accountability is unbelievable. After about an hour of arguing the owner Paul said my car was in limp mode. Had they been upfront and honest I could've gone straight home from school in a taxi. Instead we wasted an hour and half arguing because they refused to acknowledge a problem. Then a further half an hour stood in the rain with my kids waiting for a taxi. 2 of the male employees attempted to open my car when my children were sat alone inside while I was in the office. Threatening and dangerous behaviour. Save your time, money and energy. Go somewhere else.

   Booked in for an MOT at this garage. When I arrived the gates were locked and no one even showed up. I waited nearly 40 minutes after my appointment and still had no one show up. Total waste of time and consequently I’ll be using a different garage in the future.

   Was recommended this place by a friend and i have for every vehicle i have ever owned. Traditional, no nonsense, reliable and affordable services. They resolve every issue and if they cant they already have a person on route to do so. The loyalty is the main reason i return. I once broke down and got RAC towed during unsociable hours to which i was granted solo access to the site to securely lock away my car due to being a "regular customer". This form of mutual respect is missing in alot of places and is refreshing to have. I recommend all friends and colleagues to brookland motors and they too always feed back to me their love of the service given

   Took my mokka in to get looked at. In less than 24hours id been told exactly what was wrong, unfortunatly they couldnt repair it as they are uber busy ....but even though they was busy they still gave me the the contact details of a garage that could take it on! Lovely set of lads

   Best Garage and Mot in South Yorkshire by far. Excellent service very knowledgeable staff, Family run with a Lady on the reception to sort everything. They even offered to give me a lift somewhere whilst my car was fixed. Repairs to Van's cars and motorbikes. Fantastic very very reasonable prices and very Honest . FANTASTIC.
