   Terrible! DO NOT GO THERE!! My nail design was peeling off after 2 days! No one told me I had to contact them straight away to rectify otherwise they would refuse to support. They denied seeing me, to escape any blame (I visit every 4 weeks). When I argued they finally admitted to doing the nails. I explained my circumstances and that I took pictures (with dates on) of the peeling nails and they still argued because I didn't ring straight away (which they conveniently do not tell you to do). The products they buy are cheap! This happened to me a few times whilst I went there over the months. NO loyalty to their customers. When I complained, I was offered no resolution. The man who works there has made many homophobic comments and preches his religion and beliefs to you. It is really offensive some of the comments he has made. Sally is lovely, although needs to respect her customers when they complain otherwise she will lose so much buisness, also invest in better products. The machines made me have an allergic reaction on my fingers everytime. There are great nail bars out there, just NOT this one.

   Best nail shop I’ve been to! I used to go to a bar in Northfield but ALWAYS left with cuts in my cuticles/nail beds. Here they were gentle, professional, and super friendly! They actually talked to you and welcomed you in - even had a few jokes with their regulars which I hope to become! Will definitely be back :)

   One of the best Nails shops out there, I’ve been a loyal customer since I was 15. I am now 22 and each and every time I go to get my nails done it’s like going round to your best friends house. So welcoming, so polite and just amazing people. It’s always full of laughter, stories, discussions and over all good atmosphere. Never had any issues when choosing my colour or design! They always try and meet it as best as they can. They also advise on what to have and what shape best suits your hands. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SHOP - and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

   Just moved to the area before lockdown & needed a pamper session - came across this amazing nail salon, the service was amazing, they speak English which is rare - staff are so talkative and friendly!!! They know how to banter which made my day :) they are also up to date with the latest trend for nails, they have such a variety of nail art and colours... they are COVID-19 safety- screen guards - antibacterial gel - they gave out kits which are for your use only- couldn’t thankyou enough Best quality of nails I’ve had in a long time
