I felt very uncomfortable during my visit to this salon. The lady’s behavior was rude and disrespectful, and the way she spoke was unacceptable. Even though I was polite, I was treated badly. This was a really disappointing and unpleasant experience. I will not be coming back.
Customer service at this salon is extremely poor. The lady was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful toward both customers and her own staff. There was no professionalism or courtesy. A beauty salon should make customers feel welcome, but this place does the opposite. Very bad experience.

The lady at the salon was extremely rude and disrespectful, not only toward customers but also toward her own staff. Her behavior was unprofessional and made the environment uncomfortable. Customer service is very important in a beauty salon, and unfortunately this place completely lacks it. I will not be returning. There were already 2–3 customers in the salon when I arrived. I stood there and politely told the staff girl that I would come back later after she finished with the other customers. However, another woman possibly the owner or i don’t know who’s responded very rudely and said, “Don’t call the staff, bla bla,” in a disrespectful manner. I had called the salon number, not any personal staff number, which I don’t even have. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Overall, it was a really bad experience, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Very good service, i had done hydra facial, its really nice and amazing. Skin looks really clean after that.
Absoloutley god awfull being using the place for years had my brows done today by a different lady to the usual one and she has destroyed them, I have all brow dye all over my forehead my eye lids and around the brow, she’s made them look 10x thicker then the brows are and the ends are like tails. And still charged me full price not an apology in sight even thou my face is covered in dye. I will look at taking this to the trading standards as I know for a fact this lady doesn’t have a certificate of training for this. As she would of being able to keep the dye on my brows not everywhere but ! Shamefully won’t be using here again :(
Amazing service, would definitely recommend! I always come here to get my eyebrows threaded and the owner is the so polite, friendly and great at what she does. To get your eyebrows threaded, it only costs £4! What an absolute bargain! Come down and support this lady :) All the best x
My daughter came here to have her lashes done they wasn't Done propley had to go back same to day to be evened out and redone.next day thy have came off owner is rude and disrespectful and customer service is non existence I DO NOT RECOMMEND going here they are not professional trading standards have been notified
