Went into salon to enquire about a service & the woman couldn’t answer a simple question about her social media page , she wanted me to wait till she finished doing eyebrows to answer that . Ridiculous !
I am very disappointment with Define art & beauty, i went there to do my nails for my birthday and after 2days the gel polish started to crack, because it was weekend i didnt call. Then called after only for the lady to hang up a phone on me. She first told me thats was my problem she cant do anything about it. PEOPLE NEVER GO THERE, THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE WHO DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING.
Asked for eyebrow tint and wax and eyelash tint. Nothing wrong with my lashes but my eyebrows are absolutely awful, I asked to keep my natural shape just a tidy up but now have a completely different shape which I absolutely hate & a massive chunk missing from one brow. As someone who is trained in this I know you aren’t supposed to tint after waxing you have to tint first however the lady waxed and then tinted, missed a load of hair that needed removing but took chunks out of the main eyebrow. Also did not use any product after waxing to soothe the skin and was not up to standard with hygiene whilst using the wax. Clearly isn’t trained properly in what she does!! Would not recommend at all. My eyebrows look awful and I’ve had to try and fix them myself.

Staff are always very polite, you don't have to wait very long, and they do a great job. I wouldn't use anywhere else now. I have my eyebrows waxed, threaded and tinted and I love them.
Just had brows Waxed/Threaded. They look lovely .... Finally have some shape to them. Ladies were nice too :) Thank you!
Awful place, do not go there for your eyebrows threading, they make them so uneven! My arch on one eyebrow is much higher than the other. Absolutely disgrace! Also had a face massage and the room was absolutely cold, left proper red marks on my nose from removing blackhead which didn’t go until like a week
