   I booked an appointment for the next day and they charged me £75 just because I was in terrible tooth pain. The next day, I reached only 7 minutes late, and they had already taken another patient in. Then they told me I’d have to book another appointment for £59 so basically £134 just to see the doctor! The receptionist even went inside to ask Dr. Shahee Ahmed, but the doctor said no, he wouldn’t see me. No sympathy, no care as if the patient’s pain means nothing to them. I was there in pain, begging for help, and they turned me away like it was nothing. I asked for a refund and they only gave me £16 back. Who are these people sitting inside the surgery? Angels? Gods? Because they surely don’t act like humans. No heart, no compassion, no understanding for someone suffering right in front of them. I’ll never go back to this place, not even if I’m dying in pain. Absolutely no value for money and no humanity.

   Zohra is an amazing receptionist! She’s always welcoming, friendly, and professional. She makes me feel welcomed before my appointments and has an amazing smile on her face. super helpful with appointments, and makes visiting the dentist a lot less stressful. The whole team is outstanding and the dentist is super friendly and makes me feel welcomed during my sessions.

   Made an appointment to talk to someone about Invisalign when I arrived they said my appointment was cancelled! But I said I never received anything about it being cancelled which she apologised for so re arranged for a few days later then on the day of my new appointment they phoned me to bring it a few hours forward which I agreed, then 1 hour later they sent me a text to say it’s been cancelled and booked me in for two weeks later! I phoned an cancelled them altogether as I couldn’t be bothered with all their cancellations! I am sure they will find some excuse for a reply but definitely wouldn't recommend this dentist.

   Best experience ever!! I have been here 3 times now over a couple of years and Dr Dhanya and Nurse Melanie were fantastic!! Explained everything and really were very careful not to hurt me at all. I felt no pain at all and the procedure went perfectly. I would totally recommend mydentist in Sheapscar Leeds. I look forward to coming back in 9 months. Five out of five!!

   I just spoke to the receptionist as my wife was unable to attend her appointment. The receptionist is very rude and cold. I could not believe her tone and language. I gave 4 days advanced notice. She goes in future she could be taken off the list due to previous cancellation. I told her previously your practice was the ones who had canceled. She re arranged to a time and date which I was not happy with and hung up before I could ask a few more questions. Disgusting customer service.
