No one in my life has made my eyebrows uglier than the woman who tweezed them today! There only one lady who knows how to do eyebrows ok but unfortunately she was not there today and I went to someone else.. BIG MISTAKE! It seems that she doesn't even know how to do this job properly I don't understand how she got hired! Not even 1 star worth
My go to for nails-always!! All the girls are super friendly and helpful. Sam who usually does my nails is super sweet and for an indecisive girl like me, always helps me figure out what I want. She knows me well enough to know what I’d like ;)
I’ve been using the Merry Hill salon for over ten years now. The staff are professional and take great care to do a thorough job. There’s an excellent selection of colours and glitters available and they regularly add new ones. I usually book via the app which is easy to use and allows me to select a time that suits. I can’t imagine going anywhere else to get my nails done.
Would not recommend. I booked to have my French manicure and pedicure done at 3pm and by the next morning the polish was already coming off the tops and also my toes. Was not a good experience as a first time customer. Will not be returning again.
Very nice place, I went there before my holidays and even when I booked the wrong service the lady had no problem with changing to what I actually needed. My nail lasted all holidays, great atmosphere, the ladies are really nice and professional
Nice enough but for the price of £55 for extensions, I would have expected them to look better, the lady cut my fingers 3 times too which was pretty sore. I wouldn't revisit.
Would not recommend this place for waxing. I cannot speak on behalf of the other services as I did not have them done. I did however get my lower legs waxed but the woman who did them left wax all over my legs and there is still hair on my legs even in the most obvious of places it’s no exaggeration when I say I’ve actually had it done better at home with wax strips from the shop. £17.50 for an appointment which was 45 minutes past when I was supposed to have it and then the tiniest of modesty towels to cover up whilst my trousers were off. If you’re a plus sized person I would suggest a skirt or longer top to help cover yourself a bit more. It’s just not worth it honestly you’d be better off doing it yourself or finding somewhere better.
Not happy with mint this as happened to me twice now I went in to make appointment and no one was in staff or customers so the girl said we can do it for you now I said yes please iv some time to spare So I washed my hands and sat down then 4 staff came out from the back door and one girl came over and gave me the colours to choose from I said I'd choose Then she said have you got your block and file I said no I only came to make appointment and was offered one now so no I haven't She said we'll I carnt do your nails then unless you buy some more I said it doesn't matter then because I'm not buying more when this was offered to me and I was only in making appointment for the following week What a cheek It happened a few months ago but I forgot about that happening because I would have asked before I washed my hands and sat down ect Though that iv now found somewhere else in Cradley heath she's amazing my nails look beautiful and £10.00 CHEEPER IM SICK AND TRIED OF PAYING TO MUCH AND MINT PRICES ARE HIGH FOR THE SAME WORK AS OVER NAIL BARS WHY SHOULD I PAY MORE WHEN THAT EXTRA GOES TOWARDS THE NEXT TIME
Booked my mom into mint merryhill as a treat and she really did not enjoy her appointment. She felt very rushed and not relaxed at all, this was supposed to be a treat for her and it was so disappointing. She felt as though the women doing her nails really just couldn’t be bothered. First time at mint and we will not be returning, better service and value for money at so many other places.
