   Genuinely terrible- the service beyond shocking. I approached them and was directed to the young girl with glasses in the middle - I saw her actually rolling her eyes that she had to do my nails but I gave her the benefit of the doubt that it had been a long day. She and the young girl also in glasses next to her proceeded to talk about the other clients and basically complain the whole time. The nails was one colour and I was charged almost £30! And it’s short, no extension no infill. The nails are shoddy and painful and she left polish all over my hand. If you hate your job and your customers that one then get a new one. AVOID.

   I’m not saying to not get your nails done here however please just be careful. It’s very rare that I ever get my nails done however I felt abit down with myself so wanted to start getting my nails done. The first time I went here I had Gel on my natural nails and they were perfect! They were completed by one of the men and I was really happy with them! The second time the design I asked for was terrible!!! They were done by a young lady with glasses and honestly it was so rushed and messy. I never like to complain however the lady who always greets everyone asked to see my completed nails and then laughed in my face. She then continued to talk in there language to the lady who did my nails and then I got asked if I was happy with them to which I didn’t really know what to say. She then said she was going to re do these due to the other lady not doing them very well. After this incident i decided I didn’t want to get my nails done again there so i went back 3 weeks later and asked to get them removed as I would just like my natural nails. They had been filed down so short and have been made really thin due to them filing the top of my nail down. This has left a permanent line on my nails which I need to now grow out to cut off, they are also now extremely thin so bend and break. My nails are now extremely short due to the condition they have been left in and now I have to re build the strength that I had in my nails before I went here! If gel is removed properly it should not damage your nails however this has ruined mine! Just be very careful as I really didn’t have the greatest experience!
