   I booked my car in the same day for a diagnostics check which was great as it needed doing. I explained why it was going in, oil light kept coming on even though I filled it up. When I received the phone call to tell me my car was ready to collect, I was told the light was on cause it needed oil. The way this was spoken to me made out as if I was stupid and didn’t know what the light meant. I didn’t appreciate how the guy spoke to me over the phone, his tone was condescending and was not appropriate.

   It was Bank Holiday Monday and the store was obviously working on minimum staffing levels. The guy (sorry didn’t get his name) who dealt with me was multi tasking to the max!!!! Answering the phone, dealing with customers face to face, working on cars……. Doing all this with a very pleasant manner and a smile on his face, not a hint of the stress he must have been under…….. a Big Thank You!

   £430 quote on the website for Brake pads all around and front discs. Called the store to book in £500. Price went up £70 just for calling. How is anyone supposed to find an honest garage.

   Back exhaust box fell off car on my way to work on Tuesday 20/12 and phoned Kwik fit, said they could do it on Thursday 22/12 cos of getting parts. But phoned me back on Tuesday and said parts had arrived early and could do it. Took the car in and was done. What fantastic service and team....Brilliant.
