It's ok for these to let other people book appointments for you but don't send a message or notification and the person who booked it forgets to tell you they have done it more than once but try to re register years later after moving back to Hemsworth they still hold it against you and won't let you register.

Having visited the Mount Group Practice at Hemsworth today, I would like to say how very gentle and understanding my dentist Maria was. Having had 2 Fillings, (1 large and 1 small) without any local anaesthetic, and a scale and polish, I hardly felt a thing. Thank you Maria

Arrived this morning for a surgical extraction is a rear molar that had cracked. I’m not good with dentists to start with having had a very bad traumatic and long experience with a different practice and I was terrified. The dental surgeon (Eddie) and his nurse did their best to put me at ease and I was absolutely shocked and surprised at how quick and painless the whole procedure was. I was given after care advice and I was out in ten minutes. I could have hugged the pair of them. Absolutely blown away with the whole experience. Thank you.

the dental nurse that assisted my treatment was lovely, reassuring and calming. i am an extremely nervous patient due to previous bad experiences and this practice was not a good fit for someone like me. if you have any dental/medical anxiety, are not good with procedures etc I wouldn’t recommend this practice. i was in extreme distress during the treatment and was visibly struggling and received no help other than being told to β€œstop” doing that. I want to reiterate that the dental nurse was lovely, and did ask if i was okay. but the oral surgeon showed a lack of compassion that is truly worrisome for someone in that line of work. i left crying and in pain, which has never happened before at ANy appointment of mine.

By giving NHS patients referred by NHS 111 a poor experience and no consideration of disability, ability to pay, or social status, people blame the NHS for a poor service. It's actually a way to force people to pay and change the culture to private dentistry. It's fine if you can afford private dental insurance but commercialism tends towards a lack of regard for more vulnerable people in the community who may not be able to access a dentist and who's health inevitably suffer because it may be unaffordable.

Been at this dentist a couple year now, they initially tried to save a tooth that was left untreated by another dental practice, wonderful customer service and very welcoming. The whole reception staff are so lovely and will try and help in any way they can.

Absolutely awful practice! Avoid at all costs. I originally left this practice due to the staff being rude and lacking the correct empathy and interpersonal skills needed to accommodate patients. I had to come here for a 111 appointment. The dentist I saw spoke to me rudely and rushed my appointment. He didn't clean my broken tooth or even bother to numb it he just stuck a temporary filling over the top of it which has been causing me pain ever since he did it. I put my hand up half way through him sticking it in to let him know it was causing me pain and he just carried on! I am in absolute agony due to his work the filling has not been filed down at all and is scraping on my bottom teeth. I was told that the pain would settle down until the tooth is extracted however if anything it's got even worse I have had persistent tooth ache and nerve pain for days and when the filling touches my bottom teeth it is causing chronic pain. If you dont pay privately for your dental care they don't care about you. The only positive thing I have to say about this entire practice is that the dental nurses were nice... and yeah... that's all. Go somewhere else not here

Got an appointment via 111 & not registered with this dentist. Dentist was on time, really nice, knowledgeable & empathetic. Really good knowledge, advice & service. The dental nurse also introduced herself & seemed lovely too. Unfortunately I do need follow on treatment to the tooth affected & I wish they were registering as I would have snapped a place up. The whole building was really clean & modern & the receptionists were very polite & helpful. The Mount - I will keep in touch for when you do open your books again.
