Just had my car serviced by Ray, a cheerful welcoming chap who is straight to the point, nice, quick service with no corners cut, upon arrival showed me my old air filters as proof of change which is a nice touch! My car has a oil life indicator on the dash this is also now 100% quality, yet again proof of a through service, book stamped and breaks cleaned and checked. All in all the garage and staff take pride in there work and they have gained another customer for life. Even sorted out my type pressure indicators out as they was displaying wrong locations! 5 out of 5 stars keep doing good work Ray!

Great set of guys here, had my MOT done and new pads on the front. They advised I could get some more mileage out of them but I decided to let them change them anyway. Talkative bunch, I had a great conversation while I waited. All round a good experience and only cost Β£100, 70 of which was my choice.

By far the most unprofessional outfit Iβve ever come across phones at 10am gave reg and they said they would call me back in 30 mins 3 hours later no reply to them be told lady who gets the quotes isnβt around and to call back in 30 mins so called back and still not around asked to call after 4.30 call back to be told they wonβt have the staff to do the work which if they told me that at 10am I wouldnβt have been sat waiting to take the car to drop it off to get the work done. Absolute shambles they canβt organise a piss up in a brewery Iβd stay clear

I bought a car from Millenium Motors in March. It had an MOT which had been done by this garage in January. To cut a long story short it broke down twice. The 2nd time happened 2 days out of its 3 month warranty. No diagnostics picked up. Green flag disputed the service report from Millenium which had been done the same day same mileage as the MOT. Millenium had stamped as completing the service. On taking to a garage for a full service it was found the brake pads and discs were definitely in need of replacing straight away. The mot certificate from Greasbrough didnβt contain any details or advisories. The mileage when tested was 93122 miles the mileage when they needed replacing 96526. I find it hard to believe they could go from good to needing replacing in such a short space of time. I would be interested to see a full report of my MOT please.

I bought another car and brought it in to be safety checked all over. Left it there for a few hours and picked it back up with some minor part replacements and the all clear. The next day the car started to make a grinding noise on the passenger side. I brought it back in to be checked out...they said they couldn't find anything and send me off. The grinding increased so I brought it back a 3rd time... They said it must be the clutch and referred me to another garage (Β£900 repair)..The car had a new clutch less than 10 months ago, so that didn't sound plausible. The gentleman who drove it around to do the diagnostics said his car makes similar sounds and has done for two years, so just put the volume up on the radio. It still didn't sit right with me, so I brought it to another garage for a second opinion. They thought it was the steering rack so I booked it in for a steering rack repair. As they prepared for the steering rack repair they noticed the passenger wheel bolts had come loose...nearly entirely..they didn't need tools to get the bolts off. The grinding sound of the car was the wheel dwindling around. The 'safety check' didn't include making sure the wheel bolts where done up properly...ALL 3 TIMES! If I had taken it on the motor way I would have been dead by now. Don't bring your car in for repairs if you like to live a little longer...
