Absolutely brilliant company. I was first introduced to them when AA took my car there to be fixed and they were very informative and efficient in fixing it. I've now used them twice for MOT's using the vehicle pick up and drop off service, again very efficient, today the car was picked up at 8.45, confirmed as passed at 11am and returned to me by 11.15. I won't use anyone else in future.

AA took my car here after a break down on M1. 35£ already charged for diagnostics, they further requested 111£ for " We need to strip the rear brakes down as they are stuck on. Please note items may be damaged in the process as the rear brake drums are going to be forcefully removed to identify the customer complaint. We are unable to carry out a roadtest to investigate" They definitely would of charged me for damage they cause. I didn't pay the extortionate diagnostic charge as could already tell they repair price would of been overinflated too. I had my car tolled to a local garage who charged me 85£ in total to diagnose and repair the brake fault. Save your money and go somewhere else. The receptionist lady is also very rude and unwelcoming.

If you want to be charged well over the average cost for repairs, this is the place to be. I used Fixter for my MOT and service in which they chose this garage. They failed my mot and what should have been £65 to repair as quoted by a local garage, I was charged at £166 by Logix. £113 was charged for labour alone, it’s absolutely scandalous and robbing people. Will never use again. Receptionist was also quite rude and unhelpful.

I got towed to their garage by AA smart cover as it was AA approved garage. I paid £35 to get initially assessment done prior to coming to the garage which is something I deeply regret now. The minute I walked in to their garage - their representative Neil was disinterested in me I waited patiently to be seen and knowing that I just been towed to their garage after ignoring me for 15 minutes he asked if was waiting to be picked up although he did not have my keys yet he knows the car was non starter. Moving forward the next day I called in the morning to tell him that I have found a garage that will do free diagnostic and would be able to see to my car a lot sooner as they (logix auto centre) said middle of next week although under the agreement with the AA they have 48 hours to see to my car. I told him specifically that I will get my car picked up so do not do any works. He asked me to let AA know and to ring them. When I rang them straight after they could not see a diagnostic report so they offered to refund my assessment fee and I was happy with that outcome. However when I rang the garage back and I reiterated to him that AA will refund the assessment fee and I can collect the car, he told me that he did the diagnostic test but I found this to be disingenuous because he didn't make me aware prior to calling the AA and report was not made available to the AA on their side. He then commented he will not release the car until he receives payment and hung up the phone. This is a very bad example of customer service and not a person I would ever like to deal with. Worst customer service from a garage I ever experienced. AA on the otherhand they said they will deal with the garage and refunded me my money - I can't thank them enough and I passed my feedback of this garage to them. Manners don't cost a thing.

Wow, what a great experience I had here. Took my car for its MOT and service here a few days ago. As a woman and new to the area , I was a little apprehensive at first. However Neil made me feel welcome and he was extremely polite and courteous. The price was more than reasonable and I am happy that I have found a garage that I can wholly trust. Keep up the good work, will definitely see you next year. Thanks

My elderly uncle called into the Parkgate branch as his car had started to misfire while shopping (it's a 16 year old Fiat Panda) The guy at the garage told him it needed 'plugging in' to determine the cause of the misfire (really?? What happened to being a mechanic?) After charging £68 for this, they told him it was misfiring on one cylinder and that it could be plugs, leads or coil pack. He ended up leaving with the car in the same state that it arrived in, only £68 lighter. I looked at it for him , a week later, when I returned from working down South and first job removed the leads one by one. First cylinder (4) was no change so removed the plug and rested against the engine while cranking, no spark. Swapped leads on coil pack with 3/4 and fault moved to cylinder 3. Coil pack was dead. £13.68 from local motor factors and five minutes to fit. Job took all in all 15 minutes and cost less than £15. No computer diagnosis required , only to turn the EML out after. C'mon guys, you've had an elderly chaps pants down here....

With all regrets after 3 years of using this Garage i have to write this review to let people know where to check after the work has been done. Been there about 3 weeks ago to change all my brakes on the car so all 4 wheels to be clear disks pads and sensors. Trusting that the work was done right i have not checked anything. Big mistake as yesterday I had the rear brake light on dash and when taking wheel of..well picture says it all… sensor was cut in 2, actually there were 2 pieces of 2 different sensors as one bit has an angled cut and other had a straight cut. Now i am not saying that Logix did this job but they had definitely not done their job of changing with new sensor and also would have been nice to be informed about the issue. After this issue being found i am wondering what else gets skipped when having something changed. Don’t know how important it is for you as a company but Neil i would advise you have a word with your employees as you just lost a customer.

I've been using this garage for a couple years now and never had any issues. The first time I went I asked for the old parts back (good idea whenever you're using a new garage) and they obliged with no problems at all. Never felt that they were pushy for any products or services, they've recommended work after an MOT (completely normal) but if the work didn't need to be done there and then to pass the MOT then they never pushed it onto me. I'll have my car back to them in a few months for a service and I've no worries that the work complete won't be to a high standard. I also have a few questions to ask regarding my car which I'm confident that the advice that logix give me will be the best advice I can get. There's a reason why this garage has had the ability to expand like they have, it's because they do a good job.

I opted for the pick up and drop service offered in the website. My car failed the MOT for a drive shaft gaiter being worn! I was quoted £57 for the job which was agreed over phone - £10 gaiter and £47 labour! We agreed to complete the work by 12:30 PM, however, there was no call or response from them. I have to ring them 3 times to find out that one of the bolts have sheared and they have to drill it out and fix the gaiter which had taken 2 extra hours than predicted. They also did not inform about any additional charges at this point in time. I believed that everything is taken care of with the original quote of MOT+Engine flush+Gaiter change = £190 I rang again by 4:00 PM only to find out that the car can only be delivered by 5:30 PM and the bill was £185 additional for changing the gaiter instead of the original £57. They explained to me about the above issue and although I feel they should have told me about this earlier, I was still OK since I needed MOT completed and the car back ASAP. I was disappointed to see that the only thing I mentioned as complaint (passenger door not opening from inside) was not taken care off. I spent around £310 for MOT, engine flush and gaiter change. If the car was valeted or at least washed, I would have given 3 stars. Sub-standard service from my perspective and would not be going back to them again. Very disappointed due to 1. Lack of communication 2. No added value to money spent 3. Lack of service and personal care OK 1. With the friendly person picking up and dropping the car. Arun
