   First visit (1of2) Excellent service, it was my first time visiting tranquil spa i received a gift voucher and chose the drift away package. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, Lauren was excellent she explained what I would receive and she made me feel very calm and relaxed. Had a wonderful massage, facial and scalp massage. Would definitely recommend and I will be returning in the future. Thankyou for a lovely service. Updated 04/12/25 (2of2) Second visit to tranquil spa today and it was even better than I remembered. This time i booked with Rebekah, she was amazing! So polite, friendly and welcoming. She asked questions, answered my questions and gave me advice on skincare and made me feel comfortable. My massage was just excellent, just the right amount of pressure honestly I didn't want it to end. I feel so relaxed now, will definitely be booking in for another treatment in January with rebekah. I had the drift away package again but next time im tempted to book the hello autumn package and try that. Excellent spa, excellent team.

   Do not buy vouchers for Tranquil Spa! I had vouchers for their Merry Hill branch which has closed down. I have been waiting since last year for my refund. My friends went to Hagley branch instead of having refund and not happy with place being run down or the quality of treatment, much better places to go.

   I booked a fully body massage at Merry Hill but was transferred to Hagley, as MH closed down. First impression was that the place looked so run down and not relaxing at all. There were water stains/marks on the wall and the place smelt of damp. The building inside looks very old and unkept which for me is very off putting. The massage itself was OK nothing spectacular. I used to go to Merry Hill all the time but I won’t be booking my treatments at Hagley.

   I booked for deep tissue massage. This place is not at all relaxing. You can hear the door bell ringing every time a customer comes, you can hear all the chatting goes on in reception. No relaxation music played. Merry hill was a much better location. Rooms were brilliant felt relaxed after treatment. I would not recommend going back to this place for a massage
