   My experience at this dental surgery was extremely disappointing due to the receptionist’s unprofessional and dismissive attitude. From the moment I arrived, the front desk offered no courtesy, clarity, or willingness to help. This lack of basic customer service made the entire visit unpleasant and reflects poorly on the practice. Management should urgently address the behaviour at reception to ensure patients are treated with the respect they deserve.

   I went in for a planned tooth extraction today. I have a medical condition, which doesn't react well to any sort of treatment. Heidi, the dentist was very reassuring throughout the procedure, and when my body began to react allowed me time to recover. She didn't rush me, made sure I was safe and comfortable and gave advice on how to act if necessary. Later in the day I received a courtesy call to check on my wellbeing. First class service as always. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you!

   All staff are lovely but not once when I've took the kids for their booked appointments gave they ever gone in on time, always 20 to 30 mins waiting to be seen. Prime example gone early today (normally after school) today its quiet but we are still waiting 25 mins over appointments time.

   I was terrified of dentists hadn't been to one for a while due to the fear of them found these in an emergency and they are absolutely amazing. They are very caring and know how to deal with an anxious patient they listen to you and treat you respectfully something my previous dentist hadn't done and finally put me off going to ever see them again. With patience and understanding this dentist has got me back in the dentist chair couldn't wish for a more understanding caring dentist highly recommend them and can't thank them enough for getting me going to a dentist again

   This has been mine and my families dentist for the past 25+ years. The dentist we see is friendly, approachable and always tries to make it a comfortable experience. I have horrendous anxiety surrounding dentists, but I feel at ease going now. Sometimes wait times can be a little long, but considering emergencies have to be fitted it, it's to be expected. Clean, welcoming environment.
