Don't not buy from this seller you will be disappointed. Misleading item description cheap copy parts that won't last and to top it off worst customer sevice. Once they have your money they don't want to know and will just fob you off with any excess.
I ordered a replacement hotpoint cooker element model number uy46x for my cooker as I needed to cook a celebration meal for my family this weekend. I paid an extra £11:00 to receive it the next day The replacement part arrived today it states on the paperwork that it is compatible with my cooker. Have a look and see for yourself?
The worst Amazon seller I have ever come across in my 15 years as an Amazon customer. After delivering only half my order they insisted that I send them photographs, then more photographs, and then paperwork and more paperwork and even then they still refused to accept that I had been short delivered - even though it was obvious that the package which contained my order was only large enough to hold one item and could not possibly have held the two items I had ordered and paid for. Unbelievably appalling! Thankfully Amazon have apologised to me and refunded me and I am assured that they will reprimand Lazer Electrics.
Ordered a flexible hose off this company and they sent a hoover head which doesn't fit a Dyson . I sent item back and it was tracked by royal mail . No correspondence off them and no refund . This company are thieves and scammers so avoid like the plague . You won't get what you pay for or get your money back. Total shysters. I wouldn't even give them 1 star but I had to to post this review.
Ordered a part for my fridge, came with a cracked across the bottom. I sent it back as per the refund policy and paid £6.30 with tracking, it stated on Royal Mail it was delivered and signed for (due to covid looks like they just asked for a name, which is on the tracking). Company said they hadn't received it and as a good will gesture they would refund the payment..... however they did not refund the VAT, so it cost me £8 just to be scammed.
Also trading as Mersey Spares. Bought an item they sold on ebay. It was faulty and I simply asked them to replace it urgently. I was then sent through a series of hurdles and hoops being 'told' to take numerous photos of this and that, at various angles. It just went on and on. When I pointed out that there was no legal requirement for me to do that and that I needed the part replaced urgently, their answer was - send it back then and we'll check it for any faults. No assistance was offered to supply a replacement and I was just rudely brushed off and told not to contact them again. After returning the part, I was only issued a partial refund because they said that I had damaged the part, even though I had the foresight to take a video clip proving differently, so I raised a dispute through Ebay and won my case for a full refund Thankfully, ebay intervened and I've managed to order another part from an alternative and reputable supplier. Please take my advice and steer well clear from this uprofessional and arrogant supplier that offers ZERO customer care or support.
