   I called Dexel to help fix my vehicle through the AA approved garage network. Seems to be a relative simple fix however they weren’t prepared to get the vehicle booked in as the AA warranty is “causing them issues” and they’re looking to “move away from it”

   The attitude of the employees here is disgusting, stuck up. I wouldn't bother they did my astra and messed up my wishbone somehow. You get no friendly service. I'll be happily taking my money elsewhere.

   I've used this branch of Dexel a few times, and I've always had a great service. Guy and Matt are welcoming and explain everything clearly. They stick to the deadlines and on the one occasion that the car wouldn't be ready they called me to let me know. Will totally use their services again when needed. Update: I've been back to this garage on a few more occasions, and I'm still well impressed with their services.

   Crashed into a curb, they tracked the car. Failed to notice when I said my car was still shaking, that my wheel had buckled. Yet told me the issue was I need 4 new med range tyres around £350. Funny as mot didn't even get an advisory. If I could have given no stars I would have.
