   Took my car here for an MOT & Service as my usual garage had no availability. I witnessed my car being ‘test drove’ erratically nearly running over 2 children who were crossing the road on a nearby zebra crossing, this was also caught on my dash cam as well as multiple notifications from my tracker to show how erratic the car was being driven all day whilst being taken to drakehouse and other nearby shops whilst not on a test drive. The garage advised me they struggled to get my dust caps which were brand new and wheel nuts off so chopped them in half and gave me back dust caps that weren’t mine advising these were from my car. I was charged well over the odds and when collecting my car noticed it now made a horrible noise that wasn’t there before, I’ve taken the car to another garage who confirmed they hadn’t put my wheel back on correct but infact it was held on by 1 loose bolt with all other bolts missing. I have been advised that I’m lucky this didn’t come off whilst driving and cause a crash. Charged double the odds to be sent out in a death trap! Avoid!

   I couldn't believe how fast i got dealt with. My problem was addressed and resolved the same day. The place looked crammed with cars when I first went. The staff was lovely and had a laugh with them, felt instantly welcomed. They sorted my problem out and have done a fantastic job! The rates I got charged I was happy with and they seemed to have a vast knowledge of cars! Signed one happy customer! Will definitely return again in the future, thank you!!!

   I've used this garage twice now. The first time I hit a curb and managed to break part of my suspension. They diagnosed the problem, and fixed in a couple of hours and at a brilliant price. The second time, I hit a pothole (I know) and thought the car sounded different. They squeezed me in the next day, took it out and gave the car a once over. They didn't find any issues. Didn't charge me for their time, and helped put my mind at ease all within on hour. Honest and friendly. 5 star garage.

   Brakes completely knackered. My brother phoned up and they asked to bring car they will try to fix either same day or for next day. Explained he needed car next day for work, so they managed to fix same day even though he went there around lunch time. Excellent service, extremely professional and courteous.
