   If it wasn't for Neil, we'd be up creek without a paddle on both our cars. He diagnosed and fixed a serious problem on our Nissan that 3 local garages and Halfords all missed/overlooked and Neil keeps our 16 year old Aygo running like clockwork too. Unbelievably grateful for a mechanic with integrity and knowledge about motors. Will forever bring our custom to him.

   I’ve used Turners Auto Services a number of times over the years, for different cars, servicing, MOTs, fitting after market parts and diagnosing and repairing things that are broken. Old cars, new cars, vans, Neil is the most friendly mechanic you could meet and he’s got years and years of experience. If you want premium service for affordable rates, I’d recommend you book your work in with them.

   Neil came to the rescue and replaced our van’s front callipers, the day before we were due to travel down to Dover and catch a ferry. He literally saved our holiday. A 2.5k miles trip over and through the Austrian, French & Italian Alps. As you can probably imagine, working brakes came in pretty handy. Our usual (now ex) garage just said they were too busy and practically hung up the phone (twice). Other garages were too busy to do the work as well. I then happened upon Turners Auto Service’s number. At first, I heard the expected “Really sorry, but I’m totally booked up” response but then, Neil said to drop the van off first thing in the morning and he would “try” and take a look. A few hours after dropping our van off, I had a phone call to say that the work had been done and it’s ready for collection. I can’t thank Neil enough. Even though he was absolutely swamped with other booked in jobs, he went out of his way to help us. Excellent, professional & friendly service. Thanks again Neil.

   Excellent service , had a problem with DPF on my car ...Turners sorted it out with a Terraclean the same day even though he was extremely busy and i was not booked in for any work.He knew i needed my car for my job , so sorted it.Car now running so much smoother , its like new ..would recommend to everyone.
