Claire kept me informed on progress and dealt with the insurance company, taking away the hassle and stress. When I picked up the car it was immaculate.    Had a brand new bumper fitted and painted through my insurance, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The workmanship is excellent and the car looks fantastic. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a full polish and valet complimentary — completely unexpected and very much appreciated. The car was returned looking better than ever. A special mention to Claire on reception, who was brilliant throughout. She kept me fully informed at every step of the repair process and was friendly, professional, and very helpful from start to finish. She also makes a great cuppa tea. Highly recommend this body repair shop for both the quality of work and the level of customer service.

   Danny offered accurate advice on dealing with my insurance company, and the options available to me, as I chose to have the repairs done by Elite rather than the company my insurance suggested. I’m so glad I did! I couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough. Incredibly professional and friendly service. Great communication. My car was repaired quickly and to an excellent standard, and was absolutely spotless. Really faultless service from beginning to end, I wouldn’t hesitate to visit Elite again in the future if I needed any bodywork repairs. Thank you!

   My Range Rover sport deliberately scratched.. Damien was thoroughly professional from start to finish. Damien dealt with the insurance company directly which took the anxiety and worry away from me. He kept me informed all the way and collected my car which was helpful too. I couldn’t believe my eyes when we picked the car up… looked better than when we bought it from the dealers !!
