He fixed the immediate safety concern with the door locking mechanism to keep me on the road and my kids safe. Steered me on sourcing a new door at cost and was at the end of the phone for advice on the new door. I had it delivered direct and booked it in to Chris to fit and respray the damage. I recently took my car to Shaw motors after badly scratching the side. Chris was extremely helpful explaining the process and quoted me a very reasonable price (much lower than the other quotes I got!). He also fixed up some other blemishes and small scratches around the car that I hadn't even noticed free of charge.
