   I had my electrolysis consultation with Tej and she was incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She shared so much knowledge and experience, which really put me at ease, and clearly explained the best course of treatment moving forward. The treatment itself was completely pain-free, and I left feeling confident and excited for my next appointment and to start seeing the results. Highly recommend!

   Had my first laser treatment with Tej today, and was a little nervous even though I had had an initial test a few weeks ago. I needn't have worried, she was very professional, and kept ensuring I was ok, as the treatment is a little uncomfortable. During the treatment and the initial consultation, I felt comfortable and relaxed with her. Now looking forward to the next treatment in 4 weeks time. Once again,great service from Tej. Due to another engagement that finished early, I popped in an hour before my booking on the off chance she could see me. There was no problem, she fitted me in , and as ever she ensured I was comfortable throughout my treatment. Looking forward to my next session in 4 weeks time.

   Booked a facial only to find I had to buy a £12 pair of gloves off them to do the facial! Prior to that I arrived 5 mins early and was made to wait outside, this was not during Covid so no excuse there. So much for a cuppa in a waiting area. I’ve had some lovely facials in warm, relaxing environments where you are made to feel welcome, this place is not one of them.

   For the record my dissatisfaction in this company lies in the customer service and questionable term and conditions. I received a spending voucher for Christmas from my mom (who also had treatment at this place), which I think makes the whole situation even more insulting with what later occurs. I booked a treatment not long afterwards for laser in February, didn't like it so I waited till September when I was going on holiday to use it for a wax treatment. Of course there was problems as my voucher had apparently expired, I was unaware of this and was not communicated to me in February and mom neither recalls being told a deadline, especially one that doesn't reach a year. So at the end of my first appointment, I tried to redeem my voucher and the owner was downright rude in the recovering of the voucher. Very reluctant and reticent. For the next appointment I wasn't allowed any autonomy in the date only 4 weeks from the last appointment. Fast forward to my recent appointment I was stuck in traffic and was going to be late for my appointment at least 20 minutes! I relayed this to the owner and pleaded to change the date for the next day as I would lose the full value of the treatment. The way the owner spoke to me was absolutely shocking and was not prepared to change the day and was basically that's 'tough'. I would suggest to anyone coming here to weigh up a company who happily takes your money with a smile but doesn't value customer retention. As the owner seemingly wrote me off. Despite my all round experience being poor the wax treatment I recieved twice was performed by a lady called 'Ibbi' who was splendid.
