Great customer service. Nice to buy a car from a straight talking, honest and trustworthy business. Great car and even better after sales. Tiny issue arose in the cars warranty period and the service was excellent, he sorted the issue quickly and covered all costs. One phone call, problem solved. I would highly recommend
As a new resident to the area I called in when my engine management light came on. Even tho the mechanics were busy,the car was plugged in to find the fault and as a result I was booked in for new heater plugs a couple of days later. The service was efficient and the mechanic who dealt with me was very helpful. The cost to rectify my problem was very reasonable and will,as a result take both my vehicles there in future
Had an appointment to test drive and buy a freelander, me and my partner were completely blanked by salesman 3 or 4 times and when someone walked in to request a test drive ,again we was ignored without a word, after about 20 minutes of this we just walked out. If this is how you're treated when buying a car god knows how bad the after sales service was going to be...
Travelled all the way from Brighton to buy a car from these guys - best value I could find. Left a bit out of pocket after paying for the car after an unfortunate crash and the AC was empty - they kindly offered to refund me to get it arranged myself. Helpful on the phone and pleasant people to deal with!
Bought my Ranger Rover sport from this garage and from the outset was a great experience. The day after i purchased i had quite a large oil leak. But with no questions asked they cake and collected the car and got it sorted very promptly and got me back on the road. Couldn't be more helpful. Got another minor issue with the car and the owner happily said bring it back Friday we’ll get it sorted. Ideal world there would be no issues but you cannot fault a business wanting to put every single issue to right without question and for that its 5 stars.
Absolutely atrocious service. The most unprofessional, dodgy garage I have ever dealt with. After returning the car once already for repairs after not even having 24 hours it broke down again and we asked for our money back. They strung us along for days, making ridiculous excuses as to why the money wasn’t in our bank yet. We didn’t receive a single apology from them for the inconvenience and I got the impression they were trying to delay transferring the money for as long as possible. Totally unacceptable, I wouldn’t recommend this garage to anyone!
