   Just had my car picked up from behind my house. Dave had to back up the narrowest steepest drive which was definitely not designed for a long low- loader vehicle. I honestly didn’t think it could be done. Dave was persistent and very creative in overcoming a number of difficulties in getting to my car. The car had no power and the steering lock was jammed on but Dave put skids under each wheel and pushed and pulled to get the vehicle lined up then dragged onto the vehicle. It’s really something watching a master at work. The vehicle turned up quickly and on time. If only all service providers were as easy to deal with and as determined to deliver a quality product.    I needed to get a failed car from home to the garage where it was to be repaired. Mount Pleasant Recovery was the best value for money quote I received. The control centre staff were unfailingly helpful and informative throughout- even when really busy. The driver let me know in good time that he was on his way. No money was taken till confirmed that recovery vehicle was with me. Very professional loading my vehicle and it was conveyed successfully to its destination. Really happy with service received. Highly recommended.

   Marti was called out to me stranded with the keys locked in my defender. The keys were in my bag in the footwell covered in other stuff. Marti patiently and methodically opens the door an inch and then hooked each item out of the way until he found my keys in my bag. Then he carefully got the keys up and through the small gap. He was amazing and his determination to get them was so appreciated. No damage to my defender and I was able to get on my way. I strongly recommend Marti at mount pleasant recovery. Thank you.
