Absolutely fantastic service this morning from central cars I rang to enquire about moving a toolbox and they was more than happy to help me out a taxi driver arrived within 20 mins in a wheelchair accessible vehicle the driver helped me secure the toolbox so it could be transported to my destination was very friendly and was happy to assist thanks guys
I use this firm all the time. Whenever we need a lift. My son is autistic and has day care at a local farm. Central provide a safe reliable weekly service for him. He feels fine about travelling with their drivers and most of them know him well The phone crew are brilliant at accepting his order on the phone as he likes to do this himself. We pre-booked a taxi 2 weeks ago and paid in FULL, I would expect the taxi to then turn up on time or central to have the decency to communicate if there was going to be a delay! Instead we waited 50 minutes outside in -5 weather!! Shocking service- I wont be using Central cars again thats for sure..
Needed a taxi at short notice after midnight Saturday. Tried several operators got no sensible response. Central had a very personable girl on the desk who gave me confidence they'd respond to my booking .... and they turned up quicker than they'd advised. Driver was very good too .... good chat and we'll driven.
We booked a central today to take us to Alton towers and we had an amazing driver. He was friendly, cheerful and brilliant to talk to. He showed up early both times picking up and dropping us off. We all felt so safe in the car! Richard went above and beyond today! Really appreciate it. Thank you!
