“Never have I used one of these before so I had no idea what I was doing! As long as you have your parcel with you and labelled up, you just scan it on the screen and it tells you clearly what to do next and easy as that. If you need to connect to the internet though to send your receipt straight away, it took a little while to connect as the signal is not the best there anyway. But yes, nice and easy to use and quick and at your own convenience to drop a parcel off. I sent a parcel that the label was already paid and sent to me, so all I had to do was print and send. I will definitely be looking into using this delivery method when I need to.”

I left my laptop at a board meeting in Banbury, and only realised I had left it when I returned home, after a journey of over 100 miles. I needed it for the following day. I telephoned Wave at 6:22pm, they answered the 'phone, and after a quick conversation, had arranged to be in Banbury for 8:30 the following morning to collect my laptop, and they had it back to me in Chesterfield for 10:15! And the price they charged me was very competitive, too! What a great company - helpful, quick to react and competitively priced. Who could ask for more?!!!
