   3/5 only. It was great after the refurbishment and an easy 5/5, but lack of maintenance is VERY visible. Several of the seats in every room have broken trays so completely unusable, also several seats have cushions that are damaged. If you complain to staff about either they just apologise and offer a refund. In other words if you dont like it be on your way. Even if you are a limitless member. I experienced this twice. Another thing which recently went away is trays from the food bar. So if you order 2 menu's and you are on your own or if you are disabled in any way, god help you. Even if it's 2 people its hard to carry it as need a hand to open door to cinema room. Asking staff to help carry the items to your seats is a no go as apparently they can't leave their posts. Or so they told me on the 2 occasions that I asked for help. All the above are easily fixable for a 5/5 experience again.

   Had a good time here. The recliner seats are comfortable, the sound is great, and the place is well kept. Service was quick too. The only disappointment was the nachos, which weren’t very fresh. Other than that, everything was great and I’d happily come back.

   Very comfortable electric reclining seats with a personal table. An excellent idea! On site Costa too which is a bonus! Plenty of free parking.

   Visited today to watch the 1:30 showing of the Fantastic Four The Showing was in Screen 6 and I found the screen itself to be very comfortable. The reclining chairs were very good as well as the screen picture and sound quality. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. I would definitely considering the extra drive to visit this cinema again.

   Been afew times, reclining seats are very comfy, staff have always been very polite and helpful, toilets also very clean. Only downside is the actual cinema room could do with a better clean, always finding popcorn or different residue on the seats and trays and cup holders, if it wasn't for this would be 5 stars

   There are plenty of spaces to park your car. Staff are very friendly and polite. The cinemas have reclining seats, which are very comfortable to sit in, even for watching films for 3 hours or more. This was my first time visiting the Odeon and would definitely visit there again.

   The iSense 3d screens are brilliant and the chairs are unbelievably comfortable. It is really expensive thought, costing just short of £50 for two people to see a film (and that’s without snacks which were an extra £10).

   Turn off the air con guys!!!! Lovely cinema, very comfortable recliner seats, great sound, but for gods sake...... I don't want to be cold in January watching a film in a cinema. If I want to be cold. I'll go outside.

   Nice little cinema, staff are all fine, but you charge more to watch a 3D movie, then you have the nerve to say "hey, you can't watch this film you have just paid more to see in 3D unless you pay for our 3D glasses, on top". £17 to watch a film! I know it's a Luxe cinema but come on! Pure ludicrous pricing from Odeon, especially at a time when people have less disposable income. Cineworld in the town centre is much better value for money. Review your prices if you want to keep customers coming.
