    A little gem in the heart of Lyme. It had a surprising history and all is not what it seems. In winter it is perfectly cosy with open fires and a relaxing vibe. The cask ales are perfectly conditioned and served and all at £3. Lovely locals enjoying great service in a fabulous community local.

    It's sort of tucked away from the hustle and bustle, it can get a little busy, but there's normally space to sit. Not the selection of beer that the Tap has directly opposite, but also not the noise and music that the Tap has either. Warm, cosy, friendly, quite intimate, and definitely not the busy big pub, an asset.
