   I recently Had an appitoment with Adil Raffiq for 3 teeth extraction would just like to say what a friendly, professional man he is . He took the time to explain what he was doing and ressuresd me all the way throw Honestly can’t thank Adil enough at thornhill Dental. I had on going issues with my teeth always in pain agony and I was really nervous about it at first, but he honestly made the whole thing so easy. From the start he made me feel comfortable, talked me through everything, gave me breaks when I needed and never rushed me once. He always kept me informed, and any time I rang the surgery to see i was in pain with a question or little worry, he got back to me straight away. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. Proper friendly, down-to-earth and just a good person all round. and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and reassured. Adil explained the entire process clearly, answered all my questions, and ensured I was at ease before starting. The procedure itself was quick, smooth, and far less uncomfortable than I expected. Adil was very gentle and attentive throughout, constantly checking to make sure I was okay. The aftercare instructions were explained thoroughly, which made my recovery much easier. Overall, I had an excellent experience and highly recommend Adil and the team to anyone needing dental work. They truly combine professionalism with genuine care for their patients. The whole team at the clinic were great too, really welcoming and the place is spotless thankyou once again highly appraitched

   Dentist appointment with Dr. Rosie was such a pleasure. I have seen other dentists about my problem and none of them told me what is really going on; I was constantly scared. Dr. Rosie explained me in details and answered all my questions. Even after appointment when I contacted the clinic and asked about something I forgot to ask during my app - my question was passed to Dr. Rosie and she answered it. This is first time in UK I felt safe at the dentist. I usually go to Poland to the dentist but my trip is still weeks away and I needed answers to worry less and make arrangements. The visit was private and I wish one day the would accept NHS patients. Thank you so much.

   There is no need to fear a visit to this Dental Surgery. The staff in Reception are welcoming and friendly. The Waiting area is, clean and modern. A Dental Nurse will escort you to the right consulting room where your Dentist will take a few moments to help you relax and feel at ease, before he starts his examination of your teeth and discusses what treatment may be necessary. The High standards that Mr Tattersfield and his partner set, over 39years ago, when I first became a patient, have been consistently maintained by regular investment into the Surgery. It is not just the buildings and the number of Staff that have grown over time, but MOST IMPORTANTLY The Surgical equipment is constantly updated for the patients comfort and benefit.

   I'm very happy with the service received at Thornhill dental. Very professional, friendly and knowledgable staff who are very good at putting you at ease. Clear treatment plans are explained thoroughly and my hygienist Daisy has been particularly helpful in supporting me manage some issues I've been having with my teeth. Would highly recommend and pricing is competitive for private dental care.

   Rosie extracted one of my wisdom teeth this afternoon. She made me feel calm and like nothing was too much trouble. She gave me the time I needed and her and the dental nurse reassured me throughout. A very caring and professional practice. The ladies on reception were all lovely too. If you have a fear of going the dentist, all the staff at Thornhill are amazing and will put you at ease. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you!

   I have been to plenty of dental practices in my lifetime in plenty of towns. Thornhill Dental has been the best by far in terms of services. The dentist and dental hygienist are professional and very pleasant and not judgemental at all. They explain treatment plans thoroughly and also allow you to make informed choices for the best oral care. The revamp looks bright and inviting. Thankyou for your considered care .

Special thanks to Mr. Andrew Wallwork , the Wizard of Dentistry , for making my life so much better with his treatment. Would recommend them to anyone that takes care of their teeth.    I was referred to this dental practice in September 2022 for an extraction that had potential "complicatiions". I was, naturally, quite anxious. I needn't have been! From walking into the Reception area I was put at ease by a warm and friendly welcome. Excellent skills from the dentist (Anish) who was gentle and reassuring.Thank you. I truly never felt a thing!! The dental nurse was kind and very infomative about after care. What a wonderful team. I would highly recommend this practice and will never be afraid of having treatment again.
