   I walked in yesterday Friday 21st Nov to ask if there were any appointments available for today Saturday 22nd Nov without holding out much hope based on my recent experiences in Mere Green with hairdressers. Gabriella helpfully booked me in for today Sat 22nd Nov. Eden cut and finished my hair, after I'd neglected it for over 5 months. She did a great cut using modern innovative technique, which is what I was after. Even with additional care and attention to my finish which gave me a very contemporary finish, she was attentive, friendly, using her expertise in under an hour. I think I've found my next hairdresser! I'm over the moon!

   I visited Razors Edge last week to arrange an appointment. Unfortunately due to an unforeseen mishap my glasses were damaged beyond repair, this was not the fault of any member of staff. Once Tim was aware of the incident he immediately arranged to have glasses replaced at some expense, I will be in possession of them tomorrow. Excellent standard and professional level of service.
