   After 12 months of being unhappy at my previous salon, I decided to take the plunge after 30 years and try somewhere new. My confidence in my hair was at rock bottom and was very unsure about moving, but this salon has given me back that confidence. My first impression when I walked through the door was so welcoming and the staff were polite and friendly and my consultation with Amy was fantastic. She listened to what issues I had with the colour and cut and was spot on with the vision I had to what I wanted and expected in a hair style. My hair now looks the best it has ever been in my opinion. The colour and coverage is superb and Amy is very talented and has done a fantastic job. You are looked after from the time you enter, until the time you leave. Everyone is friendly and they make you feel part of a special family. I have already booked my next appointment and do not feel anxious about my hair because I know it is in professional hands. Thanks again from a very happy client ❤️

   If you have time, money and patience to waste, definitely go here! I’ve been to this salon around 4 times and had to return so they can fix their ‘mistakes’ 3/4 times. The first time I went here I loved my hair, it was perfect! But I suppose when you pay around £160 it should be. After that, it was all downhill. Two separate times I had harsh lines like ‘tiger stripes’ in my hair from highlights (especially right at the front) and another time my hair was two different shades of blonde. The salon offer to invite you back to correct these issues but it’s a lot of time and when you’re paying these kind of prices it’s because you don’t expect to have to re visit multiple times. I continued to go back after these ‘mistakes’ as I thought it wouldn’t happen again but after my last visit I’m extremely disappointed. I was told they only had time to do half a head of highlights as I was late (which is fair enough) but I wanted to make sure this would look ok and not silly, I was reassured it would look great and blend in, which was a lie. When it was done it looked nice as it was down and styled, it wasn’t until later that evening when I tied it up I realised I cannot tie my hair up now. I have two obvious ‘tiger stripes’ at the front of my hair where the highlights wasn’t done properly (that everyone I know has pointed out) and the back of my hair is so noticeable with my roots. When I called up to ask them about this they told me I can re visit and they can correct the harsh lines at the front but for the back it would cost £95, that’s on top of the £116 I paid for half a head of roots (and doesn’t include a cut) and was told around £72 (or a bit higher) on the phone! I hate complaining but when you’re paying £150/160, £116 etc. it’s necessary. In future I will take my custom to bigger established brands that don’t charge as much or if they do you don’t have to waste a load of time going back to fix mistakes!

   What an amazing salon, with the best people working there. Dean did a consultation with me, knew exactly what I wanted, then Amy did my hair today and I LOVE it. The whole experience was brilliant from start to finish, including a relax with tranquil music and a recliner and I couldn’t have felt more heard and welcome there. Thank you, see you in July!! ❤️

   After my previous salon ruining my hair I found sixth sense and WOW! What an experience! I had the best day ever. The team, each and everyone of them are so lovely and caring. But Dean is outstanding. I had complete faith and confidence in him from the get go (which I don’t usually, takes a few times) and boy am I glad I did! My hair is now amazing! I’d say the best it’s ever been! I was extremely well looked after and pampered, just how going to a salon should be! If I could give 10 stars I would but I can’t so I’ve just rebooked for 10 weeks time instead!! Thank you six sense is all I can really say and see you all soon ❤️

   I had a perfect experience here with Dean and the team in July 2022. It was my first time having a salon experience, I had been growing my hair since October 2018 from almost nothing. I printed photos for inspiration and I really like how Dean took my request seriously and visualized what I wanted. I was impressed by how confident and fast the team worked while achieving beautiful results for all the customers I seen whilst I was there. I love my new look and enjoy taking photos now. I will definitely return on a regular basis.

   Without a doubt the best salon you will find. Dean is just amazing and yesterday went above and beyond for me. The staff at Sixth Sense genuinely care about their clients, this was apparent to me yesterday. From the moment you walk through the door you're hit by the amazing atmosphere, the staff are beyond lovely too. I promise you will walk out of Sixth sense looking a million dollars aswell.    From the moment I walked into the salon, I was treated very well. Everyone was super friendly. Connor-Rae was very attentive to what I wanted and talked me through every step. It’s actually quite rare to find a hair dresser that understands and listens to what you want. The results were amazing and my hair looks healthier and fresher than ever. The atmosphere is really friendly and relaxed. Very happy customer.
