   Great experience. Long needed a hair cut as it had grown down to my waist. Had it cut to just below the shoulder, layered with some wavyness at the ends. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. The final cut was great and incredible value for money at just £35. Note that pay by card isn't available but there is an ATM inside the convenience store next door to get cash.

From the moment I sat in her chair, her attentiveness and warm personality made me feel instantly at ease. Liv took the time to understand exactly what I wanted: not just a new shape, but a style that would bring my curls to life. She listened thoughtfully, asked just the right questions, and tailored the cut perfectly to suit both my face shape and natural texture. The restyle felt fresh without losing the length or weight I love. Then came the blow‑dry and styling and wow, the curls were so soft, touchable, and beautifully defined! They bounced in just the right way, full of movement and shine. I kept running my hands through my hair, absolutely in awe of how effortlessly gorgeous it looked. I left the salon feeling more confident and upbeat than I have in ages. If you're after a restyle that truly understands and accentuates your curls, Liv is the one—I couldn’t recommend her more.

   My Daughter and I previously went to this salon . Unfortunately our experiences were poor compared to others . My Daughter had her hair washed by the owner who was quite frankly brutal making her head sore with the aggressive scrubbing and was then drenched . She didn’t even speak to her . When I had my hair highlighted the last time I sat with whatever solution was applied , it had a strong chemical smell which was burning my scalp and therefore question the safety aspect of the products used . The owners teenage son washed my hair and left suds in it whilst my hairdresser sat with one of the other members of staff and were on their mobile phones . I had to tell my hairdresser that there were still suds in my hair , I was soaked as well . I was asked to move seats a few times whilst waiting for my hair to be finished . There were not enough chairs for customers to sit on . This place is no frills , I’m sure the owner could afford to buy some comfortable chairs as there are only 2 which are not good to sit on . Will not be returning and would not recommend.

   I've been coming to this hairdressers for years, even when I moved away from Birmingham I came back to visit Sarah and the team. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great value, great place, great hairstyles and products and wonderful staff. What more could you ask for?
