Got my braces done a while ago and I got 2 pairs of retainers as you should but the second pair I was given doesn’t fit properly my orthodontist cut the top teeth retainer too short and the bottom doesn’t even fit in my mouth, my other pair have broken recently so I’m stuck to wearing the ones that don’t fit
Dr Scott today was absolutely brilliant. My 11 yo son was nervous and he was put at ease immediately by Dr Scott's manner. The appointment ran ahead of time and although we did have to wait downstairs where it was freezing cold, we were taken to the appointment as soon as the orthodontist was available. We viewed the photos of my sons teeth together and discussed treatment in a way my son understood. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Scott for anyone looking for an honest consultation ahead of either getting braces (or not needing to).
Good dental practice however awful phone service I was literally number one in the call queue for 40 mins and counting.
Booked for a consultation with a view to having braces. Sat waiting to be seen for over 30 minutes. When I returned to the reception desk to complain I was informed the member of staff whom should have been seeing me wasn't even in that day. Will not be returning. I'd rather spend my money with a company that values its customers.
Staff are so rude, never answer the phone! Care more about slagging other staff members off while seeing to patients than focusing on patients! Get funny and rude with you when you are late to an appointment but would happily leave you sitting there for half an hour past your appointment time with no care in the world! Care more about going on their lunch than seeing to patients! Wouldn’t recommend at all never had a service so bad in my life !
on hold at position 1 for the last 45.00 mins not good surely there is a fault. have left message to call back, also still waiting only want to re arrange an appointment.......
I wish I could give them more stars! Im absolutely over the moon with my treatment so far and all of the staff are fantastic - from the Reception team to the Orthodontist and their Nurse. Absolutely class service! Would highly recommended
