Rubbish dentist Yeah fair enough they helped me but I comd for ls10 n the appointments are cancelled 'they called '- not once did they call. This had happened numerous of times. No apologises. Always 20-30 minutes over appointment times. Ridiculous glad I dont have to waste my time and MONEY.
Really nice dental practice. Staff are friendly and professional and it is nice environment in the surgery. Always easy to get appointments in.
Really lovely staff all round , however my tooth story is different , I had a hole and the dentist couldn’t pull it out as it felt like it was going to break my jaw, so he cut the top off , leaving the bottom of the tooth with hole in my mouth & I’ve now been referred to the dental clinic for extraction which I was informed would be 2 weeks , however it’s been months and I’ve still not had the extraction , so I get pain in my head/tooth/jaw/neck very bad from time to time to the point I can’t do much at all. But overall the staff and everything is great it’s just a shame about my tooth!
Such a lovely dentist with friendly receptionists. Raed and Betty are the dream team. This is the best dentist I’ve ever used . The staff are so caring and take time to answer your questions . I feel very comfortable here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
One of the receptionists was quite rude and unfriendly. I arrived early for my appointment but felt pressured by the receptionist to sign a document without enough time to read it. When I asked for a few minutes, I was told the dentist might no longer have time to see me — even though I was on time. Other patients seemed to be treated more politely, which felt unfair. I hope the clinic can improve front desk service so all patients feel treated with respect.
Just had my first appointment as a new patient here. Very nice, clean and tidy place. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Dentist and her assistant made me very much at ease. Very good experience for a nervous patient like me.
Excellent service and treatment both from the receptionist who fitted me in at short notice and Richard the dentist and his nursing assistant, all did a great job - many thanks.
Always had excellent treatment and availability when needed. My dentist worked throughout the pandemic and not just for the regular patients. I feel really lucky to be a patient at this great practice.

The Reception staff are first class, always courteous and efficient and cannot do enough to accommodate appointment requests. Richard is an excellent dentist always taking time to explain what he is doing and if there are any issues. He never tries to rush and is very amiable and professional. I would recommend the Temple Practice to anyone.
