   I would not recommend. For starters, the place was extremely dirty. They clearly had not cleaned in a while. Hair on the floor that looked like it had been there for days. Secondly they did not speak to me at all. I felt very awkward and uncomfortable. When you go to the hairdresser it is ment to be an experience as well but this place did not do that. Most importantly they messed up my hair so bad. i asked for a short cut and face framing. the face framing is what i can only describe as a 4 year old did it. it was choppy and uneven. The actual cut itself was just poor. very uneven. do not come here unless you want your hair ruined. not impressed and won't be back.

   Had a promotion offering free gents trims, was busy the day it was happening but went back only 2 days later and only then was i told id have to book it, but they failed to tell me on the day they were doing it, they just said pop back ANY day, which was clearly a lie, i was going to give them a try but they have immediately destroyed any level of trust in their first interaction with me.

   Been going here for a few years, always been poor service but it's got so much worse. Stylists dealing with more than one customer at a time, rushing, no time taken to understand customer needs and I can imagine staff are given very little time to deal with each customer. It leaves you feeling unvalued and that you can't ask for advice/questions. My last appointment was deleted, the girl washing my hair had a constant scowl on her face and washed my hair with such anger that I was in a lot of pain from her pulling my hair aggressively. The service has been poor and I don't feel like the high prices are worth it. I've now found a new hairdresser where the service has been a breath of fresh air and much cheaper. I hope creative cutting improves their service before they loose all their customers. Without customers there is no business.

   Thank you so much for squeezing me in for a last minute appointment after I was let down by my usual mobile hairdresser, very grateful. I absolutely love my cut and colour, my hair feels beautiful. Everyone was lovely and friendly, will definitely be back again. So grateful for the WiFi Code too which meant I was able to work throughout my appointment. I forgot to ask for names but think Milli, Lisa and Mackenzie? Thanks to all xxxx

   Everything was just right. The right level of creativity to make a normal head of hair into an arrangement fit for a wedding. Just the right amount of pampering to start the day off on the right foot. Personable and friendly staff. No cutting but very creative!
