   Been going to Fallen Saint since its inception, and had Shane do my hair many years before that. I rarely keep the same style anything from long to short, wavy to straight and blonde, brunette and red and Shane is always up to the challenge and he’s never let me down. I’ve always left with a smile on my face. All the staff are really friendly and extremely helpful.

   My daughters have just had their back to school haircuts with Amy and Kelsey. Great salon, very spacious and friendly staff. Really happy with the service the girls were both really lovely and did a great job. Definitely recommend and we will come again. Thank you for today Xx

   Lovely Hairdressers with some wonderful staff but my experience wasn't the best and its actually sent me into a depression. I went in with Brown hair and wanted a deeper darker chocolate brown with very light blonde highlights but not a dip dye. I also wanted a pretty thick fringe and showed pictures of everything. The girl cut my fringe first but just trimmed what I already had so it wasn't any thicker and to be honest I could have done that myself. She then dyed my roots dark brown and then weaved a blonde through out the hair. The last time I was in a salon was 5 years ago so this was all new to me and I was so excited as I knew Id walk out a new person and Id waited so long to be able to afford to treat myself. The look I wanted was dark hair with blonde bits here and there like Chloe Meadows in Towie. What I got was the same I walked in with?? No one in my house even noticed Id had my hair done and for that I spent four and a half hours in a chair and spent 125.00. Im actually crying! What a disappointment! My top was soaked and I was shivering as I was sat in a wet blouse for a couple of hours until I went home and changed. Even when I paid there was no thanks she actually served someone else and just passed me the card reader, so I paid and walked out and wont be returning. The hairdresser herself was clearly very good, perhaps just not the best at interpreting what I wanted. But i queried 3 times why the dark colour was only on roots and not all the way through my hair as I had requested, as I stated surely it will look the same? I had 2 toners on as the colour didn't work out so now I have greeny blonde ends and caramel highlights. Im just so disappointed that I didn't get anything close to what I wanted and now have to grow my fringe out yet again and wait another year or 2 until I can afford another 125.00 to spend on me! I know that the hairdresser wasn't happy as she took a before picture and not an after, she even said she wishes she had don't it the way I stated, to just get a piece of hair and colour it blonde, that way you can always target that piece to get the desired effect. If you weave through how an earth are you going to pick them up next visit to get the desired blonde??
