    Booked in on 26th of November for an appointment on 28th November it’s was cancelled on me on the 27th November unbelievable especially after already paying upfront for the appointment! This isn’t good especially when you’re having to take time off work, unreliable don’t use them, I hoping they will refund my full amount they was quick enough to take my money.

    Absolutely disgusting service and super unprofessional. The receptionist will twist your words and acts like she doesn't want to do her job. Turned me away as an NHS patient all because I was 5 minutes late to my appointment despite waiting months to get on their list. Avoid at all costs.
