Lee and the team have looked after my BMW and wife's mini for years. They always do a great job, reasonably priced, and have gone out of their way for me when in a rush because I've left something later than I should. Top people, top workmanship and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
Excellent and professional service. This garage goes above and beyond to ensure that the best service is provided to customers. My car door and boot lid on my bmw were replaced all on the same day within 3 hours. All charges were reasonable and the mechanic really pays attention to detail.

I’m fortunate to be the proud owner of a almost classic 24 year old BMW 325i. So when the aged alternator died I had to source a replacement both cheaply and quickly. A browse on Google routed me through to ‘Breaker Link’ parts finder. Filling in the simple registering it involved supplying my name, email and phone details, plus the model and registration number of my vehicle. That information put me on their nationwide system and forwarded my request to dozens of car breaker’s throughout the Uk. Within hours my inbox was besieged with around 6 potential suppliers. These companies stated their names, numbers but above all the availability of the alternator, its price which included delivery costs. Spoke to Lee at RTB Spares in Sheffield he was knowledgeable, helpful and patient as he took my card details and amended the delivery address. A transaction invoice was immediately emailed within seconds, followed by a DHL tracker invoice stating they were entrusted to collect and deliver my package to the garage who were to carry out the repairs. The package arrived on time and was fit for purpose ❤️ The whole experience was smooth From Google to Breaker Link, through to DHL and finally to Marks Cars & Repairs in Howard Rd Redditch. My back left alloy had cracked. I first spoke to lee at 9am about a replacement. By dinner time he had it fitted for me! Fantastic customer service, as well as giving me a lift home after dropping the car off in the morning and dropping the car off at my house once complete. Overall 10/10!
Found these guys online who were able to supply me with a set of very good condition injectors at a very favourable price. Would highly recommend all BMW owners to keep their details for all and any spares needed!
