Excellent service from start to finish . Car picked up and returned promptly. Car damaged on front bumper, grill etc. Repaired to a very,very high standard - looks like a new car. Would highly recommend this vehicle repair centre. A big thank you to Paul and all the team.

The bloke who looked at my car, was straight on it when I arrived, Took my car in he contacted the car hire people. When I picked my car up, they had cleaned it inside and out. If I was able to. Great customer service - booked my car in for damage to the front bumper, decided to use JCT600 because it was an approved VW repair centre. Very good service from start to finish. My car came back spotless and was done very quickly (two and an half days!) All the staff were friendly and helpful - thank you to Paul and Dan and all at the repair centre.

Well my insurance company suggested this branch, told me my car would be picked up from home a hire car also dropped off, when I contacted them nothing like that, the woman said no you will have to bring the car and take it home then wait for a repair date then bring it back for repair at that point you could have a hire car. I rang my insurance and cancelled the repair at jct600. I decided to go to virtu vw Mansfield who were a lot more helpful I fact I week after the accident the car is in being repaired.

Dan has been very professional and helpful. He is also very knowledgeable and knows how to get things right. He went above and beyond to make sure repairs to my vehicle are going smoothly by chasing third party engineers, updating me throughout the process and ordering custom parts to make sure that my car is returned to me in pre accident condition.
