A mechanic from twig bros came to me 15 minutes after my call to start rescue about a dead battery. He came and instantly fixed the issue. From broken down to driving again in less than 30 minutes. Could not recommend enough!
A mechanic from Twiggs came out to check my vehicle after I called AutoAid while staying away from home. He arrived only a short time after my original call. After thoroughly checking my vehicle, he identified what could be a possible issue and clearly explained this to me. He ruled out any problem with the handbrake and brakes, which had been my main concern. He reassured me it was not an immediate problem and that I would be able to make the two-hour journey home when I needed to. He also advised to have my car checked again by my local garage. Unfortunately I did not note the mechanic's name but hope he can be identified so he can be acknowledged for providing an excellent and prompt service. Thank you.

Wow... all I can say is that once again, you lovlies have got me out of a massive pickle. The glorious Joe swooped in today and had me back in my car, unscathed in less than an hour from my panicked telephone call, to starting my engine, bearing in mind it's christmas...I am soooo eternally grateful. Have used Twigg Bros a few times and communication has always been non-existent. They never contact to say when a job is done so I leave it until the end of the day to ring to find it has been sat waiting to collect. Moreover, if you ask for more than one job to be done e.g. MOT and service, they only ever do one. Also, once they have diagnosed a fault, they just go ahead and get the part and do th repair, assume the customer is happy with the price, without ever contacting to check. My most recent experience was the worst. I called on four seperate occasions, over the period of a month, to get my car booked in to have a wheel bearing changed and each time I was told they would ring me back with a price which they never did. So, I bought the bearing myself and simply asked if they could remove the seized brake caliper bolts only to be swore at by a grey-haired bloke at Twigg Bros. I explained I'd tried to call four times and no one got back to me and that I just simply wanted them to loosen the brake caliper bolts (which I was willing to pay for) but he just continued to swear and point at me aggressively. Not a great experience and will never use again for anything.
