Eleanor Leonard's is a lovely quiet salon with restful décor, very friendly staff and always a good cut from Lorraine. They use great products and are good value too; I can thoroughly recommend. So glad I found them! :)

First time to this salon for a while and I'm pleased to say that it's still as lovely as ever. The staff are so warm and friendly, my stylist Robert, knew exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be more happier with the result! Definitely recommend this salon.
I am shocked by my first and last visit to the Eleanor Leonard salon, the young lady that was meant to be doing my hair was pleasant enough, however, she did not have a clue about hairdressing. I had to try and guide her through cutting my hair, she was at a complete loss as what to do and how to go about it she even said as much herself, I can't put all the blame on her as she is clearly not being managed correctly, if she is a trainee then I should have been told that from the beginning and the manager should have been carrying out regular checks that everything was ok. I have come away with a very bad haircut and a headache.
I’ve been here ever since I moved to the area 3 years ago. Eleanor is incredibly friendly, always remembers details of my family, very professional and a great hairdresser. Another major plus for me is hat she understands curly hair! Really love coming to get my haircut and eyebrows waxed here.
